That's Rad! I bought a 93 2200 brand new, this color. It was a lowrider within a week. Was stolen twice in Portland, and unfortunately totaled the last time. Damn i miss that truck!
I know the lady that sold the truck. She was showing me pictures of it a week or so ago. And I know the two places you showed where you went wheeling! I think it's great that you show the local stuff without diming out where it is. LOL!
you: "that was fun". me watching: "not WAS yet Dave!" LOL Great video, always love seeing MazGrande puttin' in some work. btw, Mark outgrew mini trucks when he was like 12!
This video was AWESOME! Great job! You did really well with your shots and edits. Your attitude was the best, though. Having so much fun, because that's what it's all about my man; I love it! Maz Grande is always epic. I love my redhead box!. One of the best upgrades I did to my truck. Mine is tapped for hydro assist, but I haven't used it yet.
I missed out on a 93 Mazda truck just like that one but 4x4, it was in a wrecking yard on the Oregon coast that everything was getting crushed as the owner passed away, I am pretty sure it only needed a computer, the body and interior were near mint.
@@darrinrebagliati5365 well said. Dave is one of those guys who can take literally anything, add/remove/modify beyond recognition until it's a rolling art performance. Dave and Fred are role models if not legends and I wish I could do what they do for recycling vehicles.
I saw a ram 50 on marketplace by me for $400, same color as yours. Missing the bed and pretty trashed but the same exact color scheme and that front fender may be good if you’re interested!
I have both those same trucks! My mazda is the semi stock twin of Mazgrande and my 4runner is sadly still in project mode. Both those trucks are my trucks' heroes!!!
Mazgrande’s gotta be my favorite mini truck build. There’s literally nothing like it. I really need to make it up the Pac NW for some wheeling. Is this the same trail you guys ran with the broncos?
Alot of those rivers and creeks are full of arsenic from the mines and some naturally acures. Same here on lk. Roosevelt mining areas. Lived in N. Idaho for some time in the late 90's. Thanks for another great video brother!!!!!
I’ve always questioned how you guys get to wonder up a creek bed. Here in Washington, you can’t cross a small creek without a bridge unless it’s got a rock bottom and less than 4” inches high of water. State and national forest land are slowly getting closed for culverts that are too small for salmon habitat that have never seen salmon. I’m left handed but the far left of Washington can slap themselves!!🤦♂️
@@thedirtheadsheddefinitely love to get another older Toyota someday but atm got a 2nd gen tacoma 2007 I’ve been slowly adding stuff onto about to order a arb bumper deer are crazy around here and last thing I need to do is total it wouldn’t take much with the plastic bumper lol
You may already know this... but they make an emergency valve stem that you can install from the outside. I keep em with me always and have handed so many of them out
Arsenic and lead is what is in the water and ground over here in this area. Its sad that that trail isnt as accessible as it used to be. It is one of my dream trails once i get my 2 zjs built
@thedirtheadshed That is for sure. We don't have too many higher difficulty trails here so each one closing is a big hit. Luckly there are still a couple more open.
You're so humble and uplifting on the trail, I really appreciate that, and I could watch Maz Grande slither through the rocks all day. A detailed walk around of all your rigs would be wonderful since a lot of that info is lost to the bowels of motor trend
Dave, you should pick up a steady cam handle for your phone. 70 to 100 on the old jungle site. I love the wheelin and you can get some amazing shots with a lil more accessories
The 4Runner's tough while looking good! That looked like a tough trail of rocks to drive through. When you were trying to get up that one rock, I thought we'd hear a loud bang from the front differential. Really green country there Dave!
I love my 89 4runner! Toyotas are just meant to be in the woods! Im swapping a 3rz like Fred did in Clampy then I’m driving from Missouri to the west coast to do some wheeling can’t wait!!
Another great video Dave.. There has been a B2200 on marketplace nearby, I have been drooling over every time I see it. It has no motor/trans but body is close to mint. I would love to swap a 3.0L diesel into it for a commuter truck. If I only had the time.

Coolest 4 Runner on the planet, those rear side windows, the paint scheme
It is pretty great!
Finally caught up! Took 3 months but I've finally watched every video/episode! Keep at it Dave, loving the content!!!
I appreciate it!
I forgot how small those trucks are until you see Mark with his head touching the roof. He is a large fellow.
Yeah! I’m lucky to be able to fit comfortably, mark, not so much
Haha crazy legs! The 4runner and my old dog share the same name 🤘🤘 I called her “Legs” for short.
Always love seeing the Mazgrande in action! 🎉
