FYI: just did my wife's 2018 after watching this video. Very helpful, but the two differences noticed: a) no rubber plugs, just HARD plastic oval decals (stuck to underside with adhesive). I used a utility knife & a pair of needle nose to rip them off. And the passenger side has 4 10mm nuts to remove a hard card wire harness assy out of the way to install the 6 small bolts.. Tools needed : 10mm socket. 12mm socket, 18mm socket, pair of 10mm wrenches, needle nose & utility knife.Easier done if you raise the vehicle on jack stands.
Nice video, I was watching because Ill be buying nerf bars for my 16 I just acquired. I noticed my father who is getting a up in years has trouble getting into mine so this may be a useful upgrade
Thank you for the video. What is the real name of the L bracket? They didn't come with the side steps, and non of the stores know what I'm asking for .
i'm pretty sure mine are not 100% level with the front. if you follow me on insta or message me ks_garage_ i can get a picture for you after i get off work in a couple hours
Would have been nice if you said you had to deal with the gas line on the passenger side lol ... made it a little more interesting... still able to do it but with a bit of a detour ... otherwise good video thanks!
Your video was the most helpful of all these how to vids. Thank you for showing me how to install these boards
I was skeptical about adding them too. Seeing how good they look on yours has convinced me to get some for myself.
Thank you! As a short person myself this video was very helpful. Being able to see it live or in a video instead of a photo helps a lot!
Great step by step on installation process. because of you I'm more confident on doing it myself.... thanks
