I suggest High Limit take a tip, and experiment, adopting the 305 Eagle Nationals format.
No bullshit 4-a-breast pageantry. Parade laps are complete & authentic. No preliminary jockeying. Feels real. Is real. 8 rows of 3 = 24 car field. That's how they start the Main Event. Cool as shit.
When they scrunch-up nose to ass going into 3 to anticipate green, it looks serious & exciting. I prefer it. Would give High Limit a distinct difference. With very little increase of danger or risk. Cool engines, cool headers, no glowing rotors, virtually eliminates the chance of a methanol fire. Could render WoO 4-a-breast obsolete. Cause WoO to panic. Better to lead, than to follow. Which "A" Feature start would you rather watch?

What's the advantage over starting two-abreast?

If you’re so much smarter why not apply for the position of HL president? These are 410 sprints, not 305’s you’re talking about 200 additional horsepower, and a three abreast start like that would be unsafe on dirt for cars going that fast. In terms of the wave lap? The four abreast is iconic and needs no alteration. Don’t like it? Don’t watch.

@@JohnnieWalkerDread I can think of several. The Indy 500 obviously don't have a patent, or they would have sued the Eagle Nationals. Two less parade laps mean less unnecessary fuel burn. From push off to start evolves quicker. B feature transfers (Only 3) are starting 15 ft x 4 rows = 60 feet closer to the front. Less confusing. All coming from the same last row. Easier to know who advanced most. Three abreast starts are less likely to get so strung out on big half niles.

@@saragrant9749 Hello Sara. I know you don't like me. I didn't want you to like me. How about you give me a pass, check any woke values you may have at the coat rack, keep an open mind and hear (read) me out?
My thoughts to improve & innovate the High Limit Sprint Car Series:
Three abreast Main Event starts are nowhere near as dangerous as mandatory 2 abreast restarts. Drivers will adapt to it, just like they adapted to that. Check out the start of the 1973 Indy 500. Grandstands got doused with methanol 12 rows deep. But nobody got burnt. Cars weren't hot enough to ignite it. Everybody just got drenched with ice cold liquid. (Lots of hard nipples)
Eliminate bias provisional club membership starts. No special treatments, no matter who you are. Whether, or not, you have a charter.
Hire a voluptuous full time trophy girl with ridiculous curves. Top *POW!* Bottom *POW!* It's okay if she's overweight. Stuff her in outfits that accentuate. Let her jiggle all over the place. No free rides, keep her ass busy all night. Just like boxing. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 girl. Heat 1, Heat 2, Heat 3 jiggling in front of the stands. Let her shoot Tanner Holmes' "T" Shirts just before the "B" feature. Victory Lane photos that grab your attention. Helps to get black America interested in Sprint Car Racing.
Within 5 years, High Limit has a black competitor. Not some Speedway Motors Cheryl Glass 4x publicity stunt. Not some Maholmes or Bubba Wallace half breed. I'm talking a legit = > 40% pure-bred corn-row black guy who can really drive. Like that farrier for the Kentucy Derby winner, *Rich Strike.* His big burley dad admitted he was living vicariously through his son. I really liked that guy. And he really loved that horse. What a great story it was.
Twenty cars transfer from the heats. Afterwords, jiggle girl spins the Wheel of Fortune. This determines which heat the "Lucky Dog" comes from. Driver who just missed the transfer, makes it after all. Motivates everybody to race harder for a non-transfer position. Twenty-one cars are locked in.
Top 3 from the B make-up the 8th and final row. Easier to discern, who advanced the furthest.
Forty-lap Main Events with a half-way 5-minute break. Less driver fatigue. Less likely to run out of tear-offs. Less dangerous fuel required. Brake is conducted along extreme inside lane of straight-a-way. Allowing stands to view the brake. People start using binoculars again, instead of their damn phone. Larson not taking new tires at Knoxville this year made Silva a household name. A guy more camera shy than an Australian Aboriginal.
      Friends?
