I really enjoyed your presentation Suzi! Particularly your real time tasting evaluation. Your research and knowledge on your subject is impressive. This video is a real treat! I’m sure the Dahlman’s are appreciative of your feature.

Thank you so much for watching and for your very kind words Roy! This means a lot to me and the crew here. The Dahlmans have something really special going and it was truly a treat to feature their wine and winery.

New viewer; Nice review of the winery and this small production WA grape/wine. I tried the 100% Mourvedre at Structure Cellars just a couple of blocks down the street from Dahlman where I’m a member and volunteer. It was big and juicy and well balanced as well. I would be interested in your opinion of this wine as well as other somewhat obscure WA varietal wines. 😊😊

Thank you so much for watching! We're so glad you enjoyed the review. It's great that Structure Cellars set up shop in Tacoma in addition to their Seattle location. Sounds like their Mourvedre is also alluring! We'll have to give it a swirl and taste soon. Yes, the more obscure varieties for WA are fascinating to learn more about and taste. Producing the less-grown cultivars can take a leap of faith and courage. 🍇🍷🍷
