Aurelien is very transparent and down to earth. My respect. Will definitely try the wines and will do with a perspective of the people behind.

And he respects and truly cares about the land he is working with. I just love to see that passion in young winemakers more and more. I truly hope You will love his Champagnes! 🥂

What a wonderful episode. Great questions and detailed answers from Aurelien. So much insides in the process and product that is Champagne

Yes, I enjoyed that too. This is exactly the reason why I love to talk with people who are directly involved into the viticulture or winemaking process, not a marketing team. 😁🥂🥂🥂

“Wines are to be shared, not collected”, nice. Great interview, I just found his wine, and ordered a bottle. Love grower producers, thanks for another interesting video.

Yes, from one side I understand the collecting part of the wine, however, because of that certain wines become very expensive and unattainable for general public. So I guess, it is better to enjoy the wine rather than use it as a investment piece. 😅

A brilliant, open, composed, balanced, honest and engaging interview. His wines are in demand in Australia and hearing the finer details of the house are fascinating. 🍾🥂 organic 👍

They are absolutely lovely Champagnes, and at least here in Europe available for a great value. I am happy to hear that they are appreciated worldwide. 🥂

Good to know that there is more to Champagne than the brand promotions constantly blasted at us. Yes, we know there are 3 varieties and we know about house styles. . Now we know more about the PM variety and its characteristics. thank you. always a valuable investment in time to watch your YT posts. 🥇

BTW - What camera/lens are you using in this interview? The focus, bokeh and color rendition are all superb.

Ps love the lack of editing, allowing the moments going to the bar and opening the bottles, giving a more natural video. One small thing I would like to see the labels better as you talk about them. 👍

Thank You, yes, that is a very good point. We usually try to show them, but somehow this time we cleaned the table too quickly. 🥲

The AI translation is really impressive, but at the same time quite tragic result. Especially the fact that the same guy is translating both speakers. Sounds like some really cheap dabbing

    • @NoSediment
      @NoSediment  4 дня назад +1

The original language of the video is English, You must have dubbing function turned on. 🤔

@NoSediment it's automatic, since my RUclips app is in french. Fortunately I learnt about it on an other channel yesterday so I knew from the title that it will be the case here. But it is a bit disturbing too hear you speaking with a french male voice.
The result is really impressive, how they got all the meaning of the discussion (despite the accents of two non native speakers)... But the execution (voices, tone) is still quite poor.

I'm sorry I don't like the AI translation. I do really like your podcast but please, if it's possible always with your human, original voices. Is it possible for me to deactive the AI?

I am sorry, it should have been in English, the original language is English and our own languages. In the setting You should be able to turn off the dubbing. 🙏🏻

@@NoSediment no problem, it was a fascinating experiment. After that I listened to you speaking German just for fun :)
