New viewer; Nice review of the winery and this small production WA grape/wine. I tried the 100% Mourvedre at Structure Cellars just a couple of blocks down the street from Dahlman where I’m a member and volunteer. It was big and juicy and well balanced as well. I would be interested in your opinion of this wine as well as other somewhat obscure WA varietal wines. 😊😊

I like to get your take on another Italian tannic wine, Sagrantino. btw Aglianico is pronounced Ali-ani-co. The “G”’is silent. Thanks again!

Came across your video 2 days after buying a bottle of Gruet Blanc de Noir, and pairing it with some Fontina 🧀 slices/wedges. Really love the aroma and taste of the Gruet. Read elsewhere that Fontina was a good match with sparkling, and it did'nt let me down. Spent $16 for bottle here in Queens, NYC. Looking forward to seeing your other videos. Cheers!
