I need this thank you! I was in a wheel chair for 4 years doctors finally figured out it was metal toxicity from an orthopedic implant placed in me by the top orthopedic hospital in the country . I had the metal removed. Recovery is a long road. My hips and pelvis are stuck. I used to be a dancer and martial artists so it is really frustrating! Thanks for this!
OMG! What a life saver you are. Been in so much hip pain for 4 weeks. Not even my gyn or GI doctors can figure out my crazy and bizarre pain. And I just learned this... Muscular tension can compress and restrict organ functioning and bowel movements. Releasing the muscles in this area, especially the psoas and iliacus muscles can provide relief. This is why I LOVE chiropractors because they ALWAYS have the answers that no other doctors have.
Had a whole lot of pain at the top of my quad just on the right side. I went through your videos and thought this is the one for my pain. I just gave it a try.

I can’t wait to try these. I had radiation to my pelvis and the left sacral region and hip is very tight. I am doing the hip decompression series and this has helped enormously. My left hip flexor is very tight; I think this is the last piece of the puzzle. I also use a firm textured foam roller and a soft Yamuna ball for soft tissue release.

I wish I could have you as a trainer/PT. I have been having hip pains for years and year. I’ve has surgery a couple times. One was a labrum tear surgery. I have been unsuccessful as relieving any pain. Then one day i just layed down and explored how much mu hips could move and started stretching and I believe I discovered the issues are really bad muscle strength and my sciatica. Now I watch your videos looking for ways to fix my own hips. I am in way less pain than I have been but it’s a long long road.
I was hoping your video would help, but I can’t even get into those positions. 3 months of PT 3 days a week and yesterday I had to ask hubby to put on my left sock for the first time. It started in September of 2020 and I was too fearful to go to the doctor. I guess fear truly does harm us. I’ll keep going through your videos. They are very educational. Thank you.

My hips tight release the stress , great ! I have a questionDr Rowe ; I noted that more often when We are driving short or long distance and get out of the car the entire body and legs/hips feels tight difficult to start walking , we are not heavy or too much over weight but, if you can recommend any exercise sitting position while my husband is driving that I can do on sitting position so when I get out of the car I don’t feels stiff walking .We will appreciate your help , this happens to a lot of people after 50 ;-)

I have stabbing pain in my left groin when walking. My PT had me do the back stretch, while leaning toward the left side. It made the pain worse. I could hardly walk. I do the hip flexor lunge with right knee stretched out and left knee bent, which seems to help. I wish I could make the pain stay away. Thank you for your videos.

The first cobra stretch gives me low back pain increasing the further I press myself up. Do you have any tips for that? Greatly appreciate the effort you put into these videos!
Love this video! Thank you so much. I love every variation. It was such a workout just to get through them all. Couldn't do the twists at the very end there. 5 reps is going to be my goal, for now 2-3 is all I can manage. Trying to hold for 10-20 secs depending on how long I can hold it. My dance teacher taught me the very last stretch (without the variation). It helps with the knee pain. But it's so darned difficult to do. But I am appreciating how important it is now that my right hip flexor is jammed up bad. God bless you good Dr.
Please consider making a wall chart or charts of some of the exercises. If you can also list the title of the video that goes along with some of the exercises that would be great. Something I would certainly Buy. A quick reference like this would be very helpful to trigger my memory of what you did in the video. Your videos are great and are really helping me by doing some of the exercises. IT band tension has always been a problem for me and your exercises help. Thank you for providing this information.
