I have now also started using infra red light exposure too to help increase the circulation.
From my experience: Itried it this way : measured my hair growth for 2 months : 0,98 and 0,99 cm/ month. Measured it after using castor oil (from aromazone) with jojoba oil once a week and measured : 2,80 cm and 2,99cm the two next months. I wouldnt have believed it if not done on my own alopecia hair (BUT its doesn't make new hair grow, it helps existing hair to grow faster only)

I can already tell It's too thick to put on the entire length of my hair but I'll have to mix it with coconut oil for the edges and try that next time. Castor oil is great for very kinky African hair. It helped my edges grow back in. My mom used to use I on us when we were children.

I used cold pressed castor oil on hair .It made hair dry and rough.
