    I've seen a few paint jobs of my Turtles and I have to say this is one of my favorites. Can't wait to see the final result! Great work

    I bought a large Leonardo resin print. Watching this makes me want to finally use my airbrush for more than just priming! Thanks!

      Awesome! Hope it helps. I recently did a video "Airbrushing Guide" which helps with some airbrushing tips and thinning paint.

    New subscriber here Eric! Big TMNT fan. I loved this. Can’t wait to see the others in this set. I’m also the guy who hung around with you and Chris at NYCC at show floor. Would love to add these to my collection

    Insanely awesome. Love the tutorial. What do you use for your clear coat? Can’t wait to see more!!!

      Thanks for watching. Normally a flat or satin acrylic clear coat (unless I need to high gloss something). Different stores have different brands.. Krylon, Americana, etc.. so it depends on the look I'm going for. I find even if it's the same finish, for example Satin, that the sheen varies from brand to brand. Krylons Satin has more of a gloss. For Ninja Turtles I use Satin so they have a little shine to them giving a wet/slimy appearance. Otherwise Flat is usually my go to.

    I’d love to use these style 3d printed heads on some neca turtles

    Looks awsome Eric!!What kind of paint and airbrush do you use??

    • @itsallthingsart
      @itsallthingsart  2 года назад

      Thanks Mike. A combination of paints, depends on the color I'm looking for..but usually Vallejo, Tamiya or regular hobby paint. For airbrushing my go to is an Iwata Eclipse followed by a few Master in different needle sizes depending on the paint application.
