    Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking the bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.

    • @raychristopher7797
      @raychristopher7797 Год назад

      I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value

      @@raychristopher7797 This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. I was the young manager who had the same issue at one point in my life. I found that if I worked my way up, the current employees would never like me. Employees tend to respect those who are already in management positions when they’re hired. I try to spend at least an hour with my employees. You gotta let them breath but also let them know you will be watching for awhile at some point in time and help out with grunt work once in awhile. You really have to let them know you have their back when things get really busy.

    The videos is improving every upload but please make it less like TV production. In my opinion you just sitting in front of the camera with a guitar makes it more accommodating and feels like more connection. Love the content. Thank you

    I have a semi quick question. Been in construction since 15. Lived on the streets and fought my way up. Yada yada fast forward. I'm now realizing I hit a wall. Im getting older and construction (my field of plastering/drywall) is over saturated and dwindling. So I'm breaking into investing. I used my same "never quit sometimes called stubborn" attitude and have spent the better part of the past year in the books. Learning charts and fundamental analysis ect. Sometimes days without sleeping. Its consumed me to be honest. My family now sees me more.... But I'm "there" less. I see my goal and I'm tunnel vision. Now, here is the question; How do i deal with my wife being happy with mediocre life and cluttered dirty house?😂 Silly but honestly asking. We have grown apart faster than ever this past year and I care less than I thought I would. My goal has become my only target. Tough spot huh?

    I actually got my start interning under Adam Sandler which is a crazy smart business guy but one thing I took away is confidence exceeds all. No matter how you look if you walk into that room with confidence people reconize that and can sense it. Also it's easy not to be an " starvin artist " first get that crap out of your head and so go for it. I've been an artist since 06 and have had a great life thus far and I'm not the only one I know plenty of great artist making a good living 👊🏿

    I wish more people would understand the wisdom of learning before leading! Too many people forget and expect things to happen too quickly. Or try to go out on their own (or lead) without understanding the business or their people too 👍 Happy that you’re getting it out there. Hope you had a merry christmas!

    Unfortunately looks do matter, in the military for example you are judged for promotion on your “command presence”, which is essentially how tall and good looking one is for the most part. The theory is that if you aren’t attractive you won’t command respect and there is some truth to that, when was the last time you had a short unattractive president?

      Uhhh, have you seen the current president? Yack!

    Usually people who care that much about looks haven't yet acquired value in other areas of their life yet. Once you get good at something and have something of value then your looks matter a lot less because it's not your only asset.
