Dear Sir, in this study Affective Commitment is a mediator. Will there be two Hypothesizes for Affective Commitment? One for its independent role and one for its mediator role? i.e. Hypothesis 3: "AC has an impact on WE." and Hypothesis 4: "AC mediates between POS and WE."
thankyou for such an informative video, Sir, my question is that i have a research model of 5 variables and one is independent and one is dependent but 3 are mediators , while running this test how are the mediating variable hypothesis will be added to the linear regression window for the analysis?
@Noor: you can apply linear regression on each IV and DV one by one. If I am not wrong there will be 7 hypotheses on one-to-one impact. But to test the mediation, We will upload video 11 soon.
How to construct your model basis on their reliability, variances, significance And correlation! Please briefly explain that when we have primary data from survey thn how to make a perfect model and how to know that this model is suitable or that or how to choose variables too! Please
@@elinabee2351 Your question is more related to Model development rather analysis. This series is only for analysis, which you can follow sequence wise at the end of each video. For model Developmnet, You need to see other videos and read theories.

@@elinabee2351 what kind of pre measures you are talking about? 1- adapt scales from previous studies. 2- Develop model on theoretical grounds. 3- conduct pilot study on 20-25 respondent to examine reliability. 4- If u want to see association , apply correlation. 5- if want impact, apply regression.... I hope it will work
