In the series Peaky Blinders, Thomas Shelby and his brothers return to Birmingham after serving in the British Army during WWI. Shelby and his gang, the Peaky Blinders, control the city of Birmingham. However, Shelby's ambitions extend beyond Birmingham, as he plans to build on the business empire he's created, and dispatch anyone who gets in his way.

The island in series 6 is off the coast of Canada, not France.
The island is st Pierre and Micquelon which is French territory. So technically, it is off the French coast.
The point is, it's nowhere near Europe and Tommy hadn't been living there in seclusion........but I think everything else is spot on......😅

7:09 no Polly went to confession and told a priest that she had issues with someone dying "a man of the cloth" and then she realized what she said mad ran out he then called and told Hughes himself I'm sure Alfie did too but Polly is the one who messed that up first
