I swear to god the day before she texted me I randomly said in my mind, “I know she’s thinking about me… there’s no way she isn’t.” She apologized for the way she treated me and said she missed me and missed talking to me. I have been watching your videos for quite some time. After getting bamboozled by many other twin flame guides, I discovered it really is this simple. Got led astray, did the tarot obsessively with my own cards. Watched others on yt. Here I am, detached and he is on his way back. Our life circumstances said no way could this be. I am here to say thank you. Over the last 7 months i went through a lot of stuff. My live got turned upsidedown. I was crying in pain. I was opsessing over some dude. I was acting like the world would end. You guys all know how it feels like. Last month everything started to look better. I focused on myself and i stopped seeing the DM as "him". I realised more and more that the DM ENERGY was simply as much a part of me as the DF is. I was feeling better and better and also people around me started to see me in a different light. But today is the day i can finally say " i did it guys, it is over!" I was still unsure about beeing in full union because i am not even in contact with the person. Today i saw him (he actually didn't see me)... and i did not feel anything. I was just like "oh he is walking over there" and just went my way like nothing happened. Then i realised what just had happened and i was just...i did not f e e l a n y t h i n g. I also do not care if this was the last time seeing this person. If he calls me thats great, if not nothing changes. Nothing really changes if he does call me tbh. I am in union. Ok so, it is quite simple, but that makes it even harder: They are not part of the you that is you as a person and that is what they are here to teach you. Meeting him did wake me up, showing me that I obsess over a dude that treated me shitty because I never learned to love myself. As I understood that I started to finally focus on me. It sounds so simple, but it is hard to reprogram your mind into loving yourself, BUT it is doable. Don't be mad at yourself for falling back into old patterns. Do not think you have failed just because you thought bad about yourself. Do not think you can not live without that person and if you do REMIND yourself that you can. Take your time!!!!!!!!! Now, that time has past, I totally forgot about that person. Never seen him again and never want to do so. My university grades shot up to being the equivalent of A s and I started to finally write the fantasy books I always wanted to write. Live your life for yourself!!!! I'm half way through your course for the 2nd time. The first time I clearly wasn't ready. Today I've put anything that reminds me of him away in the shed and deleted everything of him and that reminds me of him including songs, emails and the biggie..... I blocked him. I feel a pit in my stomach at this present moment but I know the universe will do its thing. If its ment to be it will be. I'm not even bothered by the out come anymore. I'm fed up with the running and chasing and him popping back for a week and then leaving again. It's time to accend.x
I don’t see her name anymore, and I catch myself some times to have zero thoughts of her for a whole day or more. When I think of her it’s just neutral without any feelings attached and I can let go of that thought easy just like every other thought. Some months ago things were a lot different than what I described. I bought your program in December and I see it’s a somewhat slow process for me, but I’m fine with it. I don’t really care anymore, if I see her again at all or if see her tomorrow or after years… With your help I discovered spirituality and many teachers and although I wasn’t a “spiritual” guy, I always found it interesting to explore the spiritual aspect of life. And now everything falls in place, even meditation is easy for me and in my life I never meditated until last year…. P.S: Although the obsessive thinking has stopped and all the weird “signs” like names, people who look like her etc, Numbers still appear and mostly the triples like 111, 222 etc… More than ever I could say…
@@anonymoussxo Well the felt experience inside of me is simple but somehow it’s really hard to explain it with words. It feels like it happened to me, rather than I did something actively to try to forget that person. In fact trying to forget her made things worse. I just accepted after some time that this person doesn’t want me in her life or doesn’t want any connection with me whatsoever. But it wasn’t as easy and fast as it may sounds. Emotional pain was hard for a lot of months and thank god we have internet. But the internet itself doesn’t help if you don’t try to be level headed and use your discernment, no matter if the information you find is likeable or not. Because you may find truth that at first is very hard to shallow. That happened when I found Kurt. He helped me get out of the romanticised stuff, you know like that this TF thing is all about romantic love etc… and see things more clearly. But at first listening to Kurt was painful for my mind. I even disliked him for a while lol. That’s when I completely focused on myself and discovered teachings about zen, Buddhism and all the ancient philosophies. They just resonate like no other time of my life when I happened to listen or read about this stuff. I could go writing more and more but that would be just tiring for you and me. Just recognise that the emotions and thoughts are not you and you let them come and go. And more simple don’t focus on the past. Whatever happened it can’t be changed. I saw, at a certain point, that it was egoistic from me to want to be with a person who didn’t show the same interest. TF or not doesn’t really matter… P.S: I could write about some spiritual experiences and realisations I have, but these things are not something to talk about but is something that is experienced directly. It’s personal, as I view it. Also I’m not any kind of wise man or guru 😅

@@anonymoussxo Yes, I understand. But watch when we say “ego is this, ego is that” when we judge ego, this is the ego judging itself. The soul doesn’t judge, doesn’t label something as bad or good. This is the job of our ego. Without our ego we wouldn’t be humans. I think we aren’t supposed to condemn ego, but to simple realise what it is and accept it. And feelings are part of the ego. If we are the soul and we are all one at an energetic level, then without the ego, without the individual sense of self, we wouldn’t be here talking to each other and having all the experiences of this life.

Wow first time I read something so similar to mine situation. Except the part of her coming back and being in a relationship 😂 I met my TF in 2017 and I didn’t care romantically about her at first. Then around 2020 I was crazy in love with her and in summer 2021 she disappeared. At that time i didn’t know any of that kind of stuff, even about soulmates, loa etc nothing, I was completely ignorant of all this. Then in April 2021 my DNOS was ending after 6-7 months of suffering and then I discovered Kurt and spirituality and everything started to change. Until now still no contact with my so called TF, but it’s just what it is. It may happen, it may not and it’s ok either way. I’m happy for you though and I wish the best in your life. I went through the thing; I did the dark night of the soul, had a spiritual awakening so deep/profound/scary/enlightening that I scared an entire town of people. No joke. It’s been over a year since I went through that, directly related to my dm and it’s like pulling teeth. He won’t talk to me. I’ve given him all the space in the world and he keeps running; I’m not even chasing. I know he’s my tf but should it really be this hard? I wish I could go back and throw myself into a shitty relationship to fill the void but I can’t even entertain the idea of dating. I feel pathetic. I deserve to be valued and loved and appreciated, I’m not going to beg for it. Especially after I’ve literally sacrificed my whole life so he can have five minutes of peace. Try the mirror exercise. Write down the upset, turn it back on yourself, eg: I'm upset with my twin flame because he is ignoring me= I'm upset with myself because I'm ignoring myself= ask is this true? The answer is always yes because they are mirroring back to you the parts you need to heal. Think about why you are triggered. Ask yourself what you need to feel better. Give yourself all the love you need. Stay with the feeling until you feel peace. Do this everytime you're triggered in life. You will heal the energetic 5d connection which will manifest in the 3d. I definately have an intuitive knowing TF will reach out to me. And I do have the doubting thoughts saying that it's all wishful thinking. Meditation has done wonders in helping me detatch from my mind and all the dualities and thoughts that come with it.

About 5-6weeks ago, I started experiencing waves of sadness and grief washing over me for no apparent reason; it lasted for 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped. Then I started getting bombarded with signs and synchronicities and I knew intuitively that he had reactivated our connection. But although I felt sure about this, he hasn't removed the block and there has been no evidence in the 3D that any of what I felt was true. So how can I trust my intuition if nothing real happens to prove that it's true?
I connect in a similar way to several people who are family and friends, so these theories are mainly just theories. When we connect to other humans and develop a bond and create a connection, you could feel them and it's natural. It is natural for any souls to connect if the right intention and bonds are there. There's no proof that you share the same soul though.
I also am sceptic if its the same soul, where its the proof, maybe that soul is close to us because we know them from past life and maybe its in the same soul group like maybe our parents and other close ppl but who knows if its the same soul.
I don't know if he is my twinflame. I know I knew him from another time (but we met just 9 months ago). I know I am deeply connected with him. I know I felt his soul (or maybe is it my soul). I know we are one. I don't know nothing about labels. It just feels like a divine encounter. My life completely and positively changed. Even if at the very start I was so sad, feeling so rejected, so broken. Then everything broughte to myself! It's joy, peace, changing, expanding. I love him even more. And so on.. I don't wanna bother you with all the details. We are not together phisically, but I know we are together. I feel him calling me, I feel him thinking of me, and I feel when he is worried about something. Now I understood that I have to love me. There is no difference between loving me and loving him. Giving good energy to myself or to him. Just not focusing on him. He is so lovable, wonderful, kind, great. Now I see how deep it was his message to me. His soul talked to mine, with real words, with dreams and with his way of being in this earth. Now I choose to follow his soul sudjestions to mine. Maybe because we are one soul... This IDK. I always thought I was the more awakened, but now I see he is more close to his soul than me, despite his so young age. He is like a guide to my Being. I don't need him anymore. I don't need anything. It's not a matter of needs, it's a matter of loving. I guess. Today I started caring about myself, and a lot of obsessive thoughts went naturally away. The best thing and sign is: when I was not seeking him, I met him. When I don't think about him, He calls me inside (I feel his energy in form of waves, I can't even stay on my feet). I hope I could really learn to love me. I believe I can do it. I am full of hope, love, faith.
I did the whole program, it’s been 3 years since I met my twin. I moved on, worked on myself, read all the books. Two months ago, I started seeing things that only pertained to my twin and all of a sudden he reached out. We’ve been talking since, wanted to get together…last night I saw him with a girl on Facebook. He told me today, he started seeing someone. Wtf??!!!
If pursuing a relationship with the person you perceive to be your twin cause you a lot of hurt and pain, it is time to truly let go. Detach and focus on yourself. If he comes back and truly wants to be with you, then he is your twin. Having said that sometimes a twin flame relationship doesn’t necessarily mean a romantic relationship. Are you okay with being just friends in spite of the immense pull, sexual attraction and chemistry? If so you could be friends but not necessarily in each other’s lives

But I wanted to know something that I am trying to heal my inner child wound and some past traumas which was necessarily needed for clearing the grudges with my parents, basically I used to blame them for my everything and way more to change my behaviour and patterns basically for my self growth. But sure enough all this started happening after my 2 years relationship broke up. Being very honest also a part of me wants him to get back. Idk why but I am too eager to share this. For me, ego and soul seem similar to a lotus lantern. Lotus petals exist. Light in the middle envelops the whole lotus. It exists in every petal but it is not those petals. It is the light in the middle of the lantern that just exists. Lotus petals cover it from all the sides, in layers. And this light is the real beauty of the lantern. Whenever I saw this in the past, I focused on the whole lantern. It used to seem like those lotus petals were brimming with gorgeousness. But I never tried to separate them from light and see the light in middle of it. Now, this Ego feels like those petals. Numerous layers with judgements, opinions and what not. On itself and everything else. Now, I am slowly focusing on the soul which exists in every thought but not the thought itself. It is beyond every layer of the ego, that is somewhere deep inside, just observing my ego's conflict on locating it. And that soul is me. So, this thought of realizing myself is also not me but my mind itself because I am never my mind. I am that soul. I have started to visualize this scene recently. And it's a relief sometimes while a confusion/horror in other times. "Mind itself judging itself". True. I am sensing this.
You become multidimensional when you also heal sexuality. Lots of teachers haven't worked on that. Only Osho teaches. Then you have a choice of connecting with TF, soul mate or be yourself. As you start seeing that was main purpose to balance masculine & feminine. Superconsiousness, God within.

Hello! Where does the twin flame theory originate? Because i searched the internet and all the theories about the twin flame phenomenon i could find where ancient myths that to me described more like the soulmate connection rather than the twin flame connection. I'm just starting to realise that i may be in a twin flame situation (i watched your video about true signs of a twin flame connection and got a 5/5 score lol) but all those information i got from the internet about twin flames/soulmates somehow managed to confuse me...
Twin Flame is not a connection because we are talking about two people being two incarnations of ONE soul. We are the soul and we have a body and a mind, so energetically Twin Flames are one and the same being. As personalities they remain two individuals though… In fact the TF journey doesn’t really exist, it’s just the spiritual ascension of the person who experiences the TF journey. Spiritual growth can come in infinent ways, TF happens to be just one of them. If you want to find the origins don’t search about TF. Search about spirituality, Zen, the Tao, Buddhism, lessons of Jesus (not Christianity as religion as we know it) and spiritual teachers from ancient times to most recent ones like Allan Watts, Eckart Tolle etc…search non duality.
Thats because its science undiscovered and kurt is the world leading expert on twin flames who has figured this out. All you will find on the internet are theories and opinions of others that vary in truth
There is no orgin for twin flames cause it has only recently been discovered. And distinguished from what you call a soul mate witch could be anyone else. And they are still learning more about this phenomenon day by day. I believe it is still not 100% understood.

What i don't understand though is where did all those theories about 2 people having the same soul (divine feminine/divine masculine, chaser/runner) originate? All the information i could find about all this were myths describing loving fairytales/ happy ever after being together as one, not searching for oneness within yourself. I totally get kurt's point of view about stop chasing the other person and focusing on oneself. My question was more referred to the fact that i don't get why this particular person has to be different from any other person that can trigger your spiritual ascension, and if he has any knowledge about where did all of this idea came from?

I see numbers, the letter of his name and his name, 2 pigeons, characters in clouds, a lot of hearts in everything.... And then my smoke alarms beep when he thinks of me. different names depending on where in the house it beeps. He's been driving further away. Once 3 weeks ago I was home then cross riveting he because he was on his way down but saw that I was home exciting.... I met him when we got it together. 2019 July to 2020 April. He can't do it, and he's been married for years. Cowardly, scared, etc., comfortable has everything but love. It's been beeping in the smoke alarm twice while I've been listening... Laughs
PPS: further to my message below, the reason he blocked me is because he couldn't stop thinking about me and accused me of having cast a spell on him and that I was controlling his thoughts. This was 29 months ago and I haven't heard from him since. But I see him in my dreams and he is watching me from a distance, but as soon as he knows that I have seen him, he disappears. I have a suspicion that he is watching my Fb page from a back-up account. My dreams and tarot readings tell me that he wants to make contact, but doesn't want to be the first one to do so; but I can't do it because of the block, but also because, if I did, he would accuse me of stalking him. Kurt, can you help with the dreams and nightmares? I keep waking up in the middle of the night with horrible dreams about my twin flame, leaving me anxious and with panic attacks. I mediate right before bed and now in the middle of the night to get back into consciousness. I am present when awake but when sleeping the ego just takes over. I just want to sleep in peace! Please help!
Nightmares are fears that you are not aware. Just trust God and pray. I have been there it is scary but it is part of the journey. Always trust the process, meditate, pray and ask God for help.
Science is based on testable hypothesis, where there is an exact research design that statistical analyses are applied to. As you claim this is "all science", please direct us to the papers you have written that were reviewed by a peer reviewed committee and published. And please note, I find what you say is interesting, but when you say it is "science" or "technology", you should be able to replicate your results IF it is true science or technology.

This is a stupid question I know, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around all if this while feeling like crap every day with my TF (still having difficulty believing this) running through my mind all day until I fall asleep. The other person is you, but not the ego you, you know the identity with the name and form of body and stuff. You are the soul, formless, nameless, life itself. You are that and you have a body/mind (ego). At the level of the soul you and this other person are the same. You are one being as an energy, and at the same time 2 individuals as personalities. I know it may sound crazy. I don’t know if you are familiar with spirituality, but beyond the forms of physical world we ALL are one.

Because religions such as Christianity or Islam teach us that there is a god outside of us, that rules everything and one day will judge everyone. In Christianity is also mentioned that we all are children of god If god is omnipresent and omnipotent then this god lives also inside our bodies not only around us. Therefore a soul is god itself. We are part of this creation we are not alien to it. Also God is not a being like humans with a brain/mind and body. We are god in our essence (soul) and we have a human experience in this life. As Jesus said “I and father are one”. I’m not with my TF and that’s ok. The point of this experience is not to be with your TF necessarily, but to increase your consciousness. Focus on the now, not in your mind and see everything it’s alright right now.
@Alex P Thank you so much for the reply. As I start to take the focus off of him, I'm starting to focus more on myself and my needs. This journey is hard but beautiful in a way. Over the last 7 months i went through a lot of stuff. My live got turned upsidedown. I was crying in pain. I was opsessing over some dude. I was acting like the world would end. You guys all know how it feels like. Last month everything started to look better. I focused on myself and i stopped seeing the DM as "him". I realised more and more that the DM ENERGY was simply as much a part of me as the DF is. I was feeling better and better and also people around me started to see me in a different light. But today is the day i can finally say " i did it guys, it is over!"
I was still unsure about beeing in full union because i am not even in contact with the person. Today i saw him (he actually didn't see me)... and i did not feel anything. I was just like "oh he is walking over there" and just went my way like nothing happened. Then i realised what just had happened and i was just...i did not f e e l a n y t h i n g. I also do not care if this was the last time seeing this person. If he calls me thats great, if not nothing changes. Nothing really changes if he does call me tbh.
I am in union.

Ok so, it is quite simple, but that makes it even harder: They are not part of the you that is you as a person and that is what they are here to teach you. Meeting him did wake me up, showing me that I obsess over a dude that treated me shitty because I never learned to love myself. As I understood that I started to finally focus on me. It sounds so simple, but it is hard to reprogram your mind into loving yourself, BUT it is doable.
Don't be mad at yourself for falling back into old patterns. Do not think you have failed just because you thought bad about yourself. Do not think you can not live without that person and if you do REMIND yourself that you can.

Now, that time has past, I totally forgot about that person. Never seen him again and never want to do so. My university grades shot up to being the equivalent of A s and I started to finally write the fantasy books I always wanted to write.

I don’t see her name anymore, and I catch myself some times to have zero thoughts of her for a whole day or more.
When I think of her it’s just neutral without any feelings attached and I can let go of that thought easy just like every other thought. Some months ago things were a lot different than what I described.
I bought your program in December and I see it’s a somewhat slow process for me, but I’m fine with it. I don’t really care anymore, if I see her again at all or if see her tomorrow or after years…

@@anonymoussxo Well the felt experience inside of me is simple but somehow it’s really hard to explain it with words.
It feels like it happened to me, rather than I did something actively to try to forget that person. In fact trying to forget her made things worse.
I just accepted after some time that this person doesn’t want me in her life or doesn’t want any connection with me whatsoever. But it wasn’t as easy and fast as it may sounds. Emotional pain was hard for a lot of months and thank god we have internet. But the internet itself doesn’t help if you don’t try to be level headed and use your discernment, no matter if the information you find is likeable or not. Because you may find truth that at first is very hard to shallow.
That happened when I found Kurt. He helped me get out of the romanticised stuff, you know like that this TF thing is all about romantic love etc… and see things more clearly. But at first listening to Kurt was painful for my mind. I even disliked him for a while lol.
That’s when I completely focused on myself and discovered teachings about zen, Buddhism and all the ancient philosophies. They just resonate like no other time of my life when I happened to listen or read about this stuff.
I could go writing more and more but that would be just tiring for you and me.
Just recognise that the emotions and thoughts are not you and you let them come and go. And more simple don’t focus on the past. Whatever happened it can’t be changed.
I saw, at a certain point, that it was egoistic from me to want to be with a person who didn’t show the same interest. TF or not doesn’t really matter…
P.S: I could write about some spiritual experiences and realisations I have, but these things are not something to talk about but is something that is experienced directly. It’s personal, as I view it. Also I’m not any kind of wise man or guru 😅

The soul doesn’t judge, doesn’t label something as bad or good. This is the job of our ego. Without our ego we wouldn’t be humans.
I think we aren’t supposed to condemn ego, but to simple realise what it is and accept it. And feelings are part of the ego.
If we are the soul and we are all one at an energetic level, then without the ego, without the individual sense of self, we wouldn’t be here talking to each other and having all the experiences of this life.

I met my TF in 2017 and I didn’t care romantically about her at first. Then around 2020 I was crazy in love with her and in summer 2021 she disappeared.
At that time i didn’t know any of that kind of stuff, even about soulmates, loa etc nothing, I was completely ignorant of all this.
Then in April 2021 my DNOS was ending after 6-7 months of suffering and then I discovered Kurt and spirituality and everything started to change.
Until now still no contact with my so called TF, but it’s just what it is. It may happen, it may not and it’s ok either way.

I went through the thing; I did the dark night of the soul, had a spiritual awakening so deep/profound/scary/enlightening that I scared an entire town of people. No joke. It’s been over a year since I went through that, directly related to my dm and it’s like pulling teeth. He won’t talk to me. I’ve given him all the space in the world and he keeps running; I’m not even chasing. I know he’s my tf but should it really be this hard? I wish I could go back and throw myself into a shitty relationship to fill the void but I can’t even entertain the idea of dating. I feel pathetic. Try the mirror exercise. Write down the upset, turn it back on yourself, eg: I'm upset with my twin flame because he is ignoring me= I'm upset with myself because I'm ignoring myself= ask is this true? The answer is always yes because they are mirroring back to you the parts you need to heal. Think about why you are triggered. Ask yourself what you need to feel better. Give yourself all the love you need. Stay with the feeling until you feel peace. Do this everytime you're triggered in life. You will heal the energetic 5d connection which will manifest in the 3d. As above, so below
I definately have an intuitive knowing TF will reach out to me. And I do have the doubting thoughts saying that it's all wishful thinking. Meditation has done wonders in helping me detatch from my mind and all the dualities and thoughts that come with it.

About 5-6weeks ago, I started experiencing waves of sadness and grief washing over me for no apparent reason; it lasted for 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped. Then I started getting bombarded with signs and synchronicities and I knew intuitively that he had reactivated our connection. But although I felt sure about this, he hasn't removed the block and there has been no evidence in the 3D that any of what I felt was true. So how can I trust my intuition if nothing real happens to prove that it's true?

I connect in a similar way to several people who are family and friends, so these theories are mainly just theories. When we connect to other humans and develop a bond and create a connection, you could feel them and it's natural. It is natural for any souls to connect if the right intention and bonds are there. There's no proof that you share the same soul though.
I also am sceptic if its the same soul, where its the proof, maybe that soul is close to us because we know them from past life and maybe its in the same soul group like maybe our parents and other close ppl but who knows if its the same soul.
I don't know if he is my twinflame. I know I knew him from another time (but we met just 9 months ago). I know I am deeply connected with him. I know I felt his soul (or maybe is it my soul). I know we are one.

If pursuing a relationship with the person you perceive to be your twin cause you a lot of hurt and pain, it is time to truly let go. Detach and focus on yourself. If he comes back and truly wants to be with you, then he is your twin. Having said that sometimes a twin flame relationship doesn’t necessarily mean a romantic relationship. Are you okay with being just friends in spite of the immense pull, sexual attraction and chemistry? If so you could be friends but not necessarily in each other’s lives

Idk why but I am too eager to share this. For me, ego and soul seem similar to a lotus lantern. Lotus petals exist. Light in the middle envelops the whole lotus. It exists in every petal but it is not those petals. It is the light in the middle of the lantern that just exists. Lotus petals cover it from all the sides, in layers. And this light is the real beauty of the lantern. Whenever I saw this in the past, I focused on the whole lantern. It used to seem like those lotus petals were brimming with gorgeousness. But I never tried to separate them from light and see the light in middle of it.
Now, this Ego feels like those petals. Numerous layers with judgements, opinions and what not. On itself and everything else. Now, I am slowly focusing on the soul which exists in every thought but not the thought itself. It is beyond every layer of the ego, that is somewhere deep inside, just observing my ego's conflict on locating it. And that soul is me. So, this thought of realizing myself is also not me but my mind itself because I am never my mind. I am that soul.
I have started to visualize this scene recently. And it's a relief sometimes while a confusion/horror in other times.

Because i searched the internet and all the theories about the twin flame phenomenon i could find where ancient myths that to me described more like the soulmate connection rather than the twin flame connection. Twin Flame is not a connection because we are talking about two people being two incarnations of ONE soul.
We are the soul and we have a body and a mind, so energetically Twin Flames are one and the same being. As personalities they remain two individuals though…
In fact the TF journey doesn’t really exist, it’s just the spiritual ascension of the person who experiences the TF journey.
Spiritual growth can come in infinent ways, TF happens to be just one of them.
If you want to find the origins don’t search about TF. Search about spirituality, Zen, the Tao, Buddhism, lessons of Jesus (not Christianity as religion as we know it) and spiritual teachers from ancient times to most recent ones like Allan Watts, Eckart Tolle etc…search non duality.
Thats because its science undiscovered and kurt is the world leading expert on twin flames who has figured this out. All you will find on the internet are theories and opinions of others that vary in truth
There is no orgin for twin flames cause it has only recently been discovered. And distinguished from what you call a soul mate witch could be anyone else. And they are still learning more about this phenomenon day by day. I believe it is still not 100% understood.

All the information i could find about all this were myths describing loving fairytales/ happy ever after being together as one, not searching for oneness within yourself. Coming from a "scientific" viewpoint, it's at least an interesting hypothesis that *may* have more significance than you're giving credit perhaps ;) Why would Source place a majority of TF's in such geographical distances?

Kurt, can you help with the dreams and nightmares? I keep waking up in the middle of the night with horrible dreams about my twin flame, leaving me anxious and with panic attacks. I mediate right before bed and now in the middle of the night to get back into consciousness. I am present when awake but when sleeping the ego just takes over. I just want to sleep in peace! Please help!
same! i have been having these dreams/nightmare as well. in the day im fine, but once i wake up after these dreams these feelings feel so real
Nightmares are fears that you are not aware. Just trust God and pray. I have been there it is scary but it is part of the journey. Always trust the process, meditate, pray and ask God for help.

As you claim this is "all science", please direct us to the papers you have written that were reviewed by a peer reviewed committee and published. And please note, I find what you say is interesting, but when you say it is "science" or "technology", you should be able to replicate your results IF it is true science or technology.

The other person is you, but not the ego you, you know the identity with the name and form of body and stuff.
You are the soul, formless, nameless, life itself. You are that and you have a body/mind (ego).
At the level of the soul you and this other person are the same. You are one being as an energy, and at the same time 2 individuals as personalities.

The term spirituality is a term I never truly understood. I thought it was another way if saying you are religious. This is a lonely experience. Because religions such as Christianity or Islam teach us that there is a god outside of us, that rules everything and one day will judge everyone.

If god is omnipresent and omnipotent then this god lives also inside our bodies not only around us. Therefore a soul is god itself. We are part of this creation we are not alien to it.
Also God is not a being like humans with a brain/mind and body.
We are god in our essence (soul) and we have a human experience in this life.
As Jesus said “I and father are one”.
I’m not with my TF and that’s ok. The point of this experience is not to be with your TF necessarily, but to increase your consciousness.
Focus on the now, not in your mind and see everything it’s alright right now.

Thank you so much for the reply. As I start to take the focus off of him, I'm starting to focus more on myself and my needs. This journey is hard but beautiful in a way. Although I don't feel well, in a strange way, I am grateful that I got to meet my twin flames and hopefully healing and consciousness can begin.

Ok, to my understanding, we should focus on ourselves instead of chasing and thinking of the person who is our TF, the TF will come to us, correct? What if, I am that person's TF too? What if she did the same, stop chasing and thinking about me? At the end, we will NEVER be contacting each other, missing each other and be together. So, how does that work? Our soul will be forever split and never come together. 😭
Think about it with your soul. You were never separated, since everything and everyone is one thing. You and your TF are one, never apart. There’s no reason to be upset or sad. They’re always with you and you are always with them.
