Could you do a video of what some of your students have experienced with their twins? I’m the runner or dm, I guess. I’ve been on this spiritual journey for a long time now & when it first started I had this insane energy that made me want to run. Not necessarily from the person like I had this unexplainable feeling/energy that made me want to take off running like Forest Gump across America to get this feeling/energy out of me! 😂 It’s hard to explain just like a ball of energy in my chest that wouldn’t go away & it felt like taking off running was the only way to get it out. Ha!!! Then some time down the road z
I had my spiritual awakening (long story) I’m not “trying to get my twin” I’m a science teacher, physics is my thing so I get quantum entanglement & twin particles so I get this whole bizarre thing. I like learning the science behind it and I’m interested in learning about others experiences. I could probably even answer questions about what the awakened dm 🤷🏼♀️

When i catch myself falling into "pushing" again i do the following thing:
I sit down and imagen two energys. The feminin and the masculin. I let them melt into each other and remember that i am as much the DM as i am the DF. I balance myself and realise i am. The DM is not the body or the ego of him. The DM is never gone and i can just sit down and let this energy flow into myself. The balance, harmonie and peace i feel when i do this is just so wondetful.
After i did remember that i am both sides of the coin i naturaly stop feeling a longing for the other incarnation. Everything i need i do have. That always gives me so much energy to do my work and sports etc. It just gets me back into feeling positive.

I’m officially free of suffering! We reconnected but I noticed I was no longer attached and obsessing. I remembered that I was merely having a conversation with my other self and as a result, I was not attached to the outcome. Just in a state of being…and it was pretty awesome. @@123433iloveyou I have reached a certain point. Kurt calls it interaction “a thimble full at a time” and it’s for a reason. Having had some interaction recently I fully see why Kurt instructs what he does. The mind is sneaky and you have to constantly redirect and reaffirm the truths you know rather than what the ego wants you to believe i.e. the illusion of separateness. But because of the addictive tendencies of the mind when interacting with your own energy I guess yes it does cause some oscillations however they feel different now. For example, I don’t feel the obsessiveness to check social media constantly or seek psychic advice or look at tarot readings. But there is still lingering addictive energy I am working to be completely free from and I feel closer every day.

The moment I realized he is me is one night I had a dream about him. We were together, hugging (which we do a lot and the first time we really hugged, I had a feeling of complete peace and we were in that bubble and he has jumpstarted my spiritual awakening), I whispered in his hair just above his right ear, "Awaken, my Love". And I woke up immediately. In that half sleep, I questioned, "Why did I wake up?" And the answer that came to me was, "Because he is YOU! You just told yourself to awaken." Since then, I have gone through some serious stuff. And yes, that psycho constant thinking of him was happening. And as I did, he pulled away and stopped communicating. I let him go, and now.... I have started to really connect with myself inwardly and just being. I'm just letting this be what it will be. If we are together in the future or not (other dreams), then I'm OK with it.

In the beginning I was so angry, sad, confused, upset, lost... And as time goes on and I continue to heal my soul I notice what this really is! I no longer give any important to what this incarnation is doing... The body. It's all going to be okay. This journey is so beautiful and so crazy!

Just found you this morning and WOW. I am trying to wrap my "head" around the fact twin flames are not emotions. I have noticed from the beginning that whatever i feel is like nothing I've ever felt, it's so deep and unconditional. Just being close feels natural. My twin separates for about 1-2 weeks each time before coming back. Each time, i have to reset and when i quit focusing on him, he comes back. Thank you for your teachings.

I knew he was my mirror and dealing with me has been difficult. The magic of taking time out of the equation. Not just a parallel universe but a parallel incarnation. 💡
I have been watching your videos and find them to be extremely accurate. I met my twin flame when he was 15 and I was 16. My spiritual journey began then. You are dead-on about that. And when I have needed to return to myself spiritually, each time when there has been a huge profound movement that direction, he has reappeared.
He and I are in our fifties now. I am in close communication with my higher self daily, and have been for a 7 or more years. I suppose it is not any type of a coincidence that this has been a period in my life where he has never stopped his efforts to stay in communication with me, even though I have barely reciprocated at times because he's married I didn't want the distraction or frustration.
I have come to terms with the fact that we are here to do the work that our Oversoul has orchestrated for our time here on Earth. I understand from other videos tbat it is not always the work of twin souls to change the world. However we both happened to do work which inevitably helps people to let their light shine ever more brightly. If you look at our lives between the time that we were teenagers and the time that we re met each other in our forties you would see so many similarities that it is as if we were living the same life but in two separate bodies.
When we were teenagers we would have moments where we would kind of forget ourselves and the feeling of closeness was extremely overwhelming. When we re-met in our 40s I asked him about this, I said I remember it feeling like I could not tell where he began and I ended. Like somehow we shared the same skin. He sat back and said yeah that's a perfect way of describing it, he never had words for it before but that yes he totally remembers that. And he told me the times when he experienced it when we were in our teens and I recalled the exact same times. We still have that experience from time to time as adults.
I agree that the best way to see your twin flame is somebody with whom any amount of time you spend together, any amount of growth that you can support one another is the most useful time that can be spent on anything. It doesn't matter if you have a mission or if you even understand why youre here at all. What matters is "know thyself", meaning the true self. This is the only spiritual Endeavor that matters. And as you come to know yourself you will be inevitably teaching others simply by your very existence in the world.
My higher self doesn't call this twin flame it calls it twin soul. In a way I guess this is a better wording for me because it keeps my head out of the clouds while still allowing me to recognize the huge importance of he and I knowing and supporting one another.
It is true that the greater percentage of time I spend seeing and living life through my higher aspect, the more he is drawn to be with me. I have no desire to break up his marriage. When we were kids the life he lives now is exactly the life he always wished for. I do not seek to destroy anything that he holds sacred. I am not saying that in the past I've never felt selfish in this way because I most certainly did when we re met in our forties. But I do not feel this way now.
Also, like you , I had the experience of holding the more spiritual aspects while his life was purely logical. He did not believe in spirituality even a tiny tiny bit in our forties. However he has heard so much truth come out of my mouth with help from my higher self and also I have so many bizzarry accurate psychic predictions about his future that he has finally given up on trying to find other explanations for. In fact he has started to take his own intuitive abilities I bit more seriously.
And yes the dark hour and all of that is incredibly accurately described by you. It is crazy making to find a person that seems to be designed just for you and yet not have that be enough that you would actually be together. And yes my level of craziness definitely drove some distance between us the first and second time. We came together. He had to acknowledge that our connection was unlike anything he had ever experienced or even would believe possible. However his logical mind just said that we had too much power to hurt one another and that nobody in the world made him or me as angry or frustrated as one another so to him that's always been a very sound reason why we should not be together.
I'm just going to say lastly that we are spending a lot of time together again and this time there is little-to-no friction between us. I did not invite him back into my life because at the time I thought there's no point in it. But I got sick with covid and he was not the least bit afraid to spend time bringing things to me and even wanted to stick around and just hang out at the risk of getting covid again., It was very sweet being there for me when I needed him & he hasnt gone away since.... we are close friends which is Handy since it's impossible for us to ever be actually separate

Your story is somewhat similar to mine. We met when we were 16 & 18. Had a very brief intense fling and didn’t have any contact after that for 30 years. When we reconnected at 46 & 48 I had an abrupt awakening. Found out about twin flames through searching on the internet what I was going through. Only problem was I was married. Albeit miserably so. 5d contact with twins higher self was active. I could no longer stay married. Husband found about about twin and angrily confronted him. Have been cut off from twin since. 5d connection still there. Twin has never acknowledged the connection. Very logical ego based physical guy. Admits he doesn’t let anyone in to see the true him. Still so hard for me to stop wanting him. Can’t imagine ever loving anyone else now.
@@Mel-lw5dg well just to keep growing your relationship with your higher aspect, becoming very clear about who you are versus who your egoic self says you are and your soul connection with self will inevidably draw him near you. I understand completely when you say that you cannot imagine loving someone else. I have felt the same way my entire life. When I get into relationships it's because I feel like it benefit the other person. I paid no attention to whether or not my needs will ever be met . Because relationships with other men are not for me. The Exception is with my twin flame. My relationship with my twin flame/twin soul is for me, 100%. I'm with him to grow us and experience what its like to stand in a solid place with that which is the other me. KNOW THY SELF. What better way could there be than to spend time together regardless of the shape that relationship takes. Right?
I just wanted to add that when we were in our teens and in our 40s he was saying that he never lets himself need anybody. Very similar to yours saying that he doesn't let people see the true him. If it's any consolation my twin doesn't say that anymore. He acknowledges that he needs me and he acknowledges that whatever the strange thing is between us it needs to be explored. He wants the connection and he feels that I am the only person who sees the real him. So I guess we just see what happens. I've questioned him on this because he and his wife have been together for more than 30 years. But he says it's not the same that she knows him the way a sister knows a brother and that it is not the same

It still seems that coming to know your true self more fully will draw him to you in one form or another. We are always evolving.
If I knew for certain I could not be with my twin during this lifetime I think I would let a soulmate have my whole heart and make the best of it. In a way I see your dream as a blessing. My guides say it is a maybe. So I give my whole heart to no one. Possibly wasting my lifetime on a maybe. I was told once by a sychic that was right about other things that by the time he was ready for me I wouldnt want him anymore. I feel determinded to not let that happen.

Regarding the law of attraction - with my twin flame union as the goal, I was listening to subliminal audios titled things like “he will beg you to forgive him” or “receive an apology.” A few days later, I discovered ho’oponopono, and in the pursuit of aligning more with myself I have been saying the prayers in the mirror: “I’m SORRY. Please FORGIVE me. Thank you. I love you.” It is being helpful to me, personally. But I just realized this coincidence. I was intending to manifest an apology from him. I already am him. I gave myself an apology. 😏

Yup! Kurt is right! He’s taught me so much & now my twin is texting me after 2yrs of no contact. But now I’m not obsessing on my twin, I’m actually not even waiting on calls or contact anymore. Tho my twin is kinda keeping me at arms length; I’m working on that, but it’s so nice not to be obsessing over the 3D counterpart. 💕
Currently 18 months in on my TF journey and finally was able to talk to them about it and they literally have had the polar opposite experience as I have, just as Kurt explained all along and I couldn’t fully grasp. I thought they were just pretending to not know what was going on, I thought they were intentionally ignoring me. It turns out they are not cognitively aware of anything. They didn’t even know that meeting them triggered my awakening. They were just like “uhh why are you so crazy and unstable?” Lol. (They did not use those words at all to me, just being hyperbolic here)
Going through this journey is like stair steps for understanding and expanding your consciousness of it. It’s a long process and you really have to drop the attachment to the mind, AND LITERALLY LISTEN TO KURT AND ONLY KURT!!!!!

I've been on this twin flame journey for quite some time now and I still dip in and out of that longing phase (usually after they contact me out of the blue or after we connect in a dream). I find the I-ching is very good for pulling me out of that mental obsession and the desire to manipulate reality or seeking for something outside myself to push away the pain of not having them in my life.
Everything else is EVERYTHING ELSE!! I recently came to this realization and shared with my friend yesterday who also happens to be on TF journey lol. I told her after two years of us doing all these Law of Attraction/Assumption techniques I’m convinced TF don’t follow the same rules! And you just confirmed it hallelujah!!🙌😂 I’ve always heard they are you but something in the way you worded it in this video made that light bulb nearly burst from illumination lol. Taking into account time is not linear it’s just the other part of your soul - your ‘divine counterpart’ which shares the same soul frequency incarnated in this same lifetime. Makes sooo much sense why you literally feel their energy with you ALWAYS. It never goes away. Makes sense it’s you, your energy. It's a very surreal experience. I knew there was a "connection" and I thought we could come back and explore it together, but really this "connection" is a shared existence within. So there's no reason to try and attract or "win back" a reflection of myself when we're already one and the same on a level that our physical selves can't really grasp, but we both know on a soul level.

Hi Kurt this is so vital thankyou.. I know this wisdom helped me at first but you often forget this and have to remind yrself.. What also really helped was visualizing what me as soul would look like and what my twin as a soul would look like n what our soul looks like together. I asked the universe to help me with this and was shown what can only be described as two circles encompassesing each other.. Or as a more 3-d concept.. Like when u watch a gravitational black hole travel through an event horizon. I now try to remember that's what we are when we are wondering around the supermarket. It feels great to imagine my twin as a couple of circles rather than the person who keeps hurting me
Also I did ask the universe to show me where in the body do these circles predominantly reside. N was shown at the back of the neck. I looked up the Chakra system n found a Chakra called the atla major Chakra which is known to be where the seat of our consciousness is stored. Spirit never lies. I know this is mystical in nature.. But it did help with the mind fuckery that I'm a soul in a body

Kurt I have to watch your videos everyday to remind myself they are not a separate person. At first I was so skeptics but now I finally believe it. I’m just trying to understand what I need to do to raise my vibration , not stress so much right now. I pray I’ll be anxiety free soon.
