They're katzskins seats. (Katzskin dot com)
they make custom leather upholstery that replaces the stock seats. It's harder to DIY but do-able
You can get it installed at a shop for about 1000-2000 depending on design.
Some katzskin dealers sell just the kit alone on ebay for 600 if you wanna go install yourself.
