Looking at your controller setup, I can see that your skills on UniFi and their control not super strong. You went the long way around to do this. Just use the "Provision" button in the devices settings page. What you should have done though was to delete the config for that device from the controller. Simply "Forget" the device wich triggers it to reset itself (will go back to factory default status light) but in the forgetting phase, the controller wipes out the possible bad config it is pushing in the first place. Update your firmwares while at it.
