      @@MadHorseBBQ Thanks for the idea. When you think about it, Bloody Mary mix is a great blend of a tomato base of spice and acidity. 🤞 Thanks for the idea .

    Looks good! 6 hours did you add any fuel? Do you dump hot coals on cold ones for slow burn?

      Kevin R added 4 pieces of unlit charcoal. I didn’t need to but I did.

      I'm assuming the slow and sear made it so he didn't have to add more coals

      RussC hmmmm I cant remember. But if I had to guess I probably started with about 5-6 lit and the rest unlit.

    You made short work of those ribs once they were done. They had to be good.
