✅Have you ever had a friend or family member exhibit narcissistic traits?
✅What are some of the biggest challenges you've faced in dealing with narcissism?
✅After experiencing narcissistic abuse, what advice would you give to someone who's just starting their healing journey?
Narcissism is a topic that can leave us feeling confused, hurt, and even a little lost. If you'd like to share about your journey (completely optional, of course!), I'm sure others facing similar situations could learn from your experience. Have a good day. 😊

With a narcissist, you're dying inside a little every day. And they don't give a shit. Respect none, appreciation none, intimacy none.

Hurt people don't hurt people. Evil people hurt people.

Was with the ex for 7years. I always knew something was off but didn’t have a clue what Narcissism truly was, I do now.. I confronted Him on being a Narcissist. I walked away went no contact and blocked him. That was last July 9months on it has been soul destroying but I am happier, stronger and I have peace. He bever belonged in my life I am head and shoulders above who he will ever be or hope to be. I am Free . Love and best wishes to all going through this pain. It is soul destroying. ❤️

Speaking for the neurodiverse, please don't start adding music! Too stressful to listen to! Love you and your channel. ❤

Find ones that dont have music. Many love it, dont be selfish.
Perhaps request types of music instead.

Oh wow. Yes!!! Lack of concentration and the self doubt was disabling for me. After 4 years away from it (after 30 years of it) I still battle self doubt and rumination. But I’ve got a great therapist and I’m learning finally. Had to let go of more relationships after learning so much about this.

from experience, one common pattern I have noticed was that a narc will always try to gain more for less. They have no spine and will push you to the limits and beyond because they always think they are better than you, are entitled to get the supply and that you are a sucker for putting up with their bs and if you show a reaction, they may step back for a bit and act like they gonna change.... only to slowly push your limits again

Well said, you become dissociatied from yourself while becoming "of service" or overly invested in them 😓
You keep making allowances for them while slowly abandoning yourself 🌹🥀 Over giving = under receiving

If you're still in it its important to have outside connection to normalcy like a regular reality check to keep yourself sane 💯 it will keep your head above water to keep you from sinking deeper and deeper into despair.

Intelligence mixed with a lack of emotional depth is confusing.
You think...wow they're so smart and likable...
So how are they so emotionaly void ?
He recently said... unconditional love does not exist .... and I thought 'how sad'

I've been trapped in my toxic relationship for 6 years but it's been a long line of toxic long-term relationships.... This one has been so hard to leave but I do find strength in watching videos like this. Were in a separation currently I've been adopting cats and plants that end up in the trash. It also helps a bit.

Walk away from toxic narcissistic guys that appear controlling, talks about relationship advice online with Bible scriptures & narcissistic tips when they are not qualified. He ask millions of questions to try to figure you out & size you up. Trys to mislead you with marriage questions in an attempts to throw you off or let your guard down. Know your worth!
