It wasn't long ago that we almost lost judge and hal asked him directly, gave him a blank check and then made him captain. Thats what an MVP season gets you. Then comes Soto and he's the modern day Ted Williams and bodegas in the Bronx are naming sandwiches after him 3 weeks in. So why didnt we arrange to have judge not play center ? We have too many outfielders and bled our pen. Sometimes I don't understand the Yankees

I get that's different than the homegrown "through the farm system" grown, my point however, still stands. He has put in work with us, he says he wants to retire as a yankee, he's making stupid RUclips videos that nobody watches but to me shows how deep into the organization he is. I like Gleyber and I want him to succeed. He needs to be the one to change and succeed, I am here to be supportive not critical.

When pitchers do the behind the back thing I mean that’s pure instincts you don’t even have time to think about it. You have two choices do something and hope something happens or do nothing. That is the beauty of baseball. Being a pitcher if the ball is hit at you is like being an NHL goalie you get zero seconds to make a choice.

Bullpen definitely shaky. The guys in slumps or injured take up one third of payroll that could be used for better things
