    Charred/toasted oolong tea = Ti Kwan Yin Lady Buddha tea flavours ... nice ! Thanks to this episode, I now know the SHERRY in Karoo is complex and layered (not "one-dimensional") . I blend a lot of my Scotches, so these info are VERY helpful . Many thx Gents !

    It id to strong, a few drop of distilled watter would allow more flavour to come out.
