So the refs essentially just gifted the seahawks a free spike by randomly reviewing an obvious catch. I don't even know anymore 😂🤦♂️

They got the spike regardless of the review, the refs are just astronomically stupid
It just shows how the NFL influences the outcomes of games. This was one of the worst cases i've seen. The fact that they got the spike off doesn't make it right. They made that call to make sure the clock couldn't run out. Nobody, literally no one questioned if that was a catch

@@PJxBuchwild what? It’s not like you need a minimum of 3 seconds to run a play. The clock won’t start until the snap. And they spiked the ball with one second, so the extra 2-3 seconds have no bearing whatsoever

This whole game was sneaky Classic, Genos Rare Chance , Ben's last year probably Both teams you can see on both offense and defense was giving 110% The Runningbacks on both sides, ever run, every catch, every tackle. You could feel the electricity like a playoff game. Classic

Can someone explain to me at 20-17 with 0:03 left, why they spiked the ball on first down, and then kicked a FG from the same spot on 2nd down. Why not just kick the FG on first down?
The clock started running on the whistle, so they would have to immediately snap the ball, allowing the Steelers to time it better. By spiking the ball, it stops the clock, and the Seahawks could take their time snapping the ball for the FG.

they said that a sideline ref called it and relayed it before the snap it just took a few seconds for the ref to call it
