    I owned one since 4 month ago and harversted 4 wild boars and 4 ibexes. 2 wild boars over 250 m one ibex at 440 m and other last weekend at 389meters. I’m absolutely in love with this rifle. 300wm caliber. The safety button is hard but with a litte use become softer. This rifle is higher than all my espectatives when i bought it

    Its my first rifle and in my first year of hunting (Since May 1st) I have killed 7 Roe Deer, 7 Boar, 1 Red Deer and 1 Chamois with it. I am really happy with the action, trigger and the accuracy. Only the safety is crazy heavy to push. But since i get a reward everytime i push it, i can live with that.

    Everyone complains that a blaser is too expensive so the competition is making the product the market wants: a cheap blaser. Good on them. When it has some more options, nicer trigger and a less fugly lighter stock and barrel it will be brilliant.

      @LJK301 Год назад +1

      KKC is making their stocks to fit the BRX. Isn't exactly a cheap upgrade but at least there's now options. To be honest, the stock stock (heh) didn't feel as cheap as it looks when I handled the thing in a store. Haven't had a chance to shoot one yet, though.

      Not a cheap blaser it's a Beretta....if it was a cheap blaser then it would say Blaser on the barrel....

      Depends on the whether you hunt or target shoot, what you rifling twist rate is in your .308 Win and if you only want to use factory or reloads.

    MY 308 RIFLE HAS A HORRIBLE SAFETY and sighting in was a nightmare as I couldn't get enough adjustment with various expensive scopes, I had to use a one peace high rise mount, hopefully now sorted but will not know until next range day, another gripe; it wouldn't chamber certain brands of ammo, I had to resize all my cases (I do anyway ) then POLISH THE CHAMBER USING A CHAMBER BRUSH AND JEWLERS ROUGE.

    Unfortunately very few manufacturers bother to incorporate shooting schools or clubs which they may own or have product placement dependencies as feedback loops for longevity or component life cycle rates into their R&D and evolution development. It is in this type of domain that their products will incur a much more demanding and higher usage than by the private individual/customer. It really beggars belief that something so simple is neglected with reliance placed on their own in-house testing. "Sell-on".

    Never understood why rifles are built to be easily convertible from right to lefthanded shooting. A proper ergonomic stock cant fit both right and lefthanded shooters so if you are a lefty you are much better off buying a proper dedicated lefthanded rifle in the first place. Thats just a way, in this case by Beretta, to sell a cheaper to make rifle and also selling it as a feature at the same time. If you are lefty just buy a lefty rifle like i dont get it. Its a feature adopted from military rifles where its got a proper point. One service rifle has to fit every size and strong hand side of every solider but in civillian shooting where the shooter gets to pick his weapon from a huge pool of makers just get a lefty rifle honestly.

      As a person with a left handed spouse that rarely shoots but does occasionally, and children and friends both left and right handed I disagree
      I really like the idea

    • @samthalberg8293
      @samthalberg8293 5 месяцев назад

      I also disagree. Because it’s a straight pull there’s no compromise vs a strictly one sided action. It takes 30 seconds with no tools required to change from right to left. There’s really no downside. Left hand buddy wants to shoot it, boom it’s left handed, he’s done, boom back to right handed

    • @lobster8009
      @lobster8009 5 месяцев назад

      @@samthalberg8293 There is no downside? Are you buying a rifle for yourself or for your lefty buddy to try it out? You cant have a nice ergonomic stock on a rifle that is ment to be used by leftys and rightys. Everyone that is in any way shape or form into marksmanship will tell you how important a stock is that fits your body and lets you hold it without cramping up. You limit YOURSELF and what YOUR rifle could do for you just so your lefty buddy has the handle on the right side when he tries your gun out.
