What codes or symptoms would you expect to get that might point to the need to replace these?
Won’t matter not the solenoid it’s the timing chain

Which one is intake vvt solenoid bank 1
Almost same for my 2010 GMC Terrain V6 3.0l... except AC plumbing on the other side so it was easier for me. Video helped a lot though.
