As per PRS India's Budget Analysis of Andhrapradesh 2023-24, Andhrapradesh government outstanding liabilities is 33.33% of GSDP which comes out to be 4.8 lakh crore and if we include off budget borrowings of 10% of GSDP & State government guarantee of 12% of GSDP, the total debt of Andhrapradesh is around 55.55% of GSDP which comes out to be 8.05 lakh crore. Could you please share the reference you followed to state that Andhrapradesh's Debt is 13.5 lakh crore ?

I prefer capital somewhere in Prakasham and Nellore. Reasons, -Huge government land and not that fertile like Central region. -Advantage of coastline is also there. -I feel it's most ignored region compared to famous belief that Rayalaseema or North Andhra. -Capital here is sustainable for future expansion too. -It's much near to local power house and capital of TN,Chennai. It is easy to build capital, do good trade. -Can diffuse tensions with Amaravathi, Vizag and Kurnool tensions mostly backed by emotions. With open mind, I can think only this as solution. For your note: I am not from these regions, I am from West Godavari.

Yes sir, as you mentioned, the farmers of Amaravati shouldn’t be betrayed as they were promised development. Taking this into consideration, we should also consider the election manifestos of both political parties. While Jagan Mohan Reddy promised to deliver welfare schemes, the TDP propagated that the state is falling into a debt trap because Jagan is more welfare-centric. But now, if Jagan delivers 10 rupees, the same TDP says they would give 20 rupees in terms of welfare freebies if they were to come into power. This would create a lot of stress and tax burden on the public with rising inflation, as delivering freebies requires money, and for that, taxes need to be increased. They claim they’ll create assets and then deliver the welfare schemes, but if that’s the logic, who would be interested in investing in a state with no capital? The state budget itself is around 2 lakh crores, so how can they construct such a greenfield capital with insufficient funds? Furthermore, the TDP government previously supported the NDA government but later came out of it demanding special category status after accepting the special package offered by the Centre. Who knows if the same thing might repeat if they come into power, where the Centre may betray the state in providing funds? In Jagan’s government, at least he tried developing infrastructure in Vizag-centric areas, like building an international airport connected to the Chennai-Kolkata NH and ports like Moolapeta at the far end of Srikakulam. This can be connected to Vizag port, which not only handles the traffic of Vizag port as it is one of the busiest ports, but also develops the very underdeveloped Srikakulam district, which has the most migrant people, and also Vizianagaram district. Vizag shipping harbor is most viable for the international export of fish like salmon. One capital, Vizag, is most viable for a state like Andhra Pradesh as, with less investment, assets can be created for the state, and using these assets, areas like Amaravati can be developed. Amaravati cannot be developed within 5 or 10 years, and there should be stability in the government to continue its dreams and fulfill its vision in creating a capital city. Here, no one can be blamed because building any capital takes time, and if the government keeps changing every five years, how can an area be developed? So considering all the factors, as you said, the best ideal solution would be developing Vizag first and then developing the other regions. Many argue that Vizag is somewhere in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh and is a cyclone-prone area. But then, where is Chennai? Isn’t it in the northern side of Tamil Nadu? If people were to go to any office, aren’t they traveling to Chennai? It’s just a blame game and politicization of the capital issue, nothing more than that. So there should be only one capital, and that is Vizag.

Because vishakapatnam is already a good infrastructure like an international airport, Tourist spots, sea ports, Cricket stadium, Blue flag certified Beach (Rushikonda), Aruku & borra caves and Better NH Highway connection towards north Andhrapradesh to Oddisa, West Bengal. Hyderabad was a capital of interest for rulers since ages and most of the state's investments before AP bifurcation concentrated there. After AP got divided into two states everyone opined that depending on the single largest city isn't a viable option and felt that development should not be confined to a particular region. Vizag is a best city and had all the required facilities to be a financial hub. But developing another region in the name of new capital will be better in my opinion as the word 'New Capital' itself attracts huge investments from different sectors of the economy. The promises have already been made to the farmers of Amaravati and lot of foundations were laid during CBN's regime for constructing buildings and there is no possiblity of converting that land now for agricultural purposes. So, going with Amaravati as the capital seems to be a viable option and developing it without burdening the state's exchequer is the need of the hour.
Vizag is the best option, because already good infrastructure available in the vizag just give some little push up with small amount comparing with amaravati, Naidu plan was giving benifits to their community through hiking land rates, it means he(his govt) thinks their own interests not for other Because we already saw what happens in Madras in 1950s, Hyderabad in 2014 So decentralisation is better option right now Now already jagan govt built lots of infrastructure for decentralisation through Sachivalayams for every 2000 people, no need to go even mandal , district level offices. Most of the things happening in Sachivalayams only , already we saw those fruits/outcomes in COVID time and later In this new era jagan govt uses digital network mostly through DBT, spandana (for grievances)...etc those are solving within 48hrs. Amaravati is like a barren land and it needs 1.09 lakh crore for only basic infrastructure like water,roads,drainage,street lights ..etc not everything. It need more money and it takes more than 15yrs said Naidu also this means inflation also added for that amount. Even SRIKRISHNA committe also gives some reports amaravati not good for capital city because of soil issue for infrastructure, It's looking like a hypothesis Therefore using already developed vizag is the good one to compete with other cities and get investments, which will helps developing other parts of the state also Some Naidu media doing Goebbels' vizag is cyclone prone area, yes. It is better to develop Amaravati as a greenfield city which can be sustainable by incorporating public-private partnerships so that the financial burden on the state government is reduced. Funding via a grant from the central government for this purpose would be beneficial.

It takes very long time to reach there by rayalaseema people, cyclone affected area, navel base is there, so if it heavy populated more un ethical activities, drinking water problem .like wise somany probkems.
Making vishakapatnam as the capital would be disastrous as by 2050 it will be under water as soon as polar ice caps melt . Next vizag is having huge mountains on 3 sides make it difficult for 3 sode growth it need to reclaim land or either build on mountains. Well amaravati does not need 1 lakh crore it need 20 to 25 thousand crore for getting basic infrastructure and as soon as basic infrastructure comes up givt can sell land to private entities get revenue. And vizag will be financial capital. Having secretariat, assembly, and High court doesn't make city prosperous vizag need IT , fintech companies. How prosperous is Gandhi nagar? How prosperous is naya rayapur or atal nagar ? How prosperous is trivandrum compared to kochi? Vizag will be kochi and amaravati will be trivandrum. Andhra will follow kerala formula.

As per the facts and opinions, building new greenfield capital is nowhere near possible at this time considering the existing debt of the state. Once the people of Andhra were cheated by putting all the investment in one area, ignoring Rayalaseema region, especially the backward region of North Andhra. Reddy's three capital plan also has some weaknesses, as Naidu's vision is sound but practically impossible. But as long as the state recovers from debt to a healthy financial position, for me Vizag should be considered as the capital of Andhra and 33000 acres of land in Amaravati and other parts of the state should be developed.

Considering AP current financial condition and trust based land acquisition from Amaravati farmers and story so far, continue Amaravati as hub for judicial activities and develop as grean field city in the future when state financial condition is good but continue as a planned city. By fulfill the promise made by the government of Andhra Pradesh to the farmers is real justice and continue the capital as AMARAVATI. Nobody can saves the Andhra Pradesh , completely neglected by the central government since the reorganization of the state. The cheap politicians worsen the situation of Andhra Pradesh position in India. there is no way , to save the Andhra Pradesh, completely collapsed. Politicians were changed ,parties were changed, but the fate of Andhra Pradesh people not changed. Oh God please save my state.

As per PRS India's Budget Analysis of Andhrapradesh 2023-24, Andhrapradesh government outstanding liabilities is 33.33% of GSDP which comes out to be 4.8 lakh crore and if we include off budget borrowings of 10% of GSDP & State government guarantee of 12% of GSDP, the total debt of Andhrapradesh is around 55.55% of GSDP which comes out to be 8.05 lakh crore. Could you please share the reference you followed to state that Andhrapradesh's Debt is 13.5 lakh crore ?

I prefer capital somewhere in Prakasham and Nellore.
Reasons,
-Huge government land and not that fertile like Central region.
-Advantage of coastline is also there.
-I feel it's most ignored region compared to famous belief that Rayalaseema or North Andhra.
-Capital here is sustainable for future expansion too.
-It's much near to local power house and capital of TN,Chennai. It is easy to build capital, do good trade.
-Can diffuse tensions with Amaravathi, Vizag and Kurnool tensions mostly backed by emotions.
With open mind, I can think only this as solution.
For your note: I am not from these regions, I am from West Godavari.
If whatever you're saying is right then why the government Didn't consider the Prakasam and Nellore as the better place for the capital what's the reason if there's a more land availability to place capital closer to Chennai Bangalore then why no government has even taken name of any of these districts to place the capital here is due to drought prone area in Rayalaseema or what is the major reason that the no body has realised that these both places would best suitable for the capital why they're only relied on the coastal region like vizag and Amaravati but why not in Nellore or Prakasam districts what is the major reason that's really affecting and never came out place the capital of Andhra Pradesh here what's the biggest reason for not considering this place for capital being so close to other metro cities Prakasam and Nellore why government even tried place capital here what's the Big reason behind not doing Prakasam or Nellore as a capital

Yes sir, as you mentioned, the farmers of Amaravati shouldn’t be betrayed as they were promised development. Taking this into consideration, we should also consider the election manifestos of both political parties. While Jagan Mohan Reddy promised to deliver welfare schemes, the TDP propagated that the state is falling into a debt trap because Jagan is more welfare-centric. But now, if Jagan delivers 10 rupees, the same TDP says they would give 20 rupees in terms of welfare freebies if they were to come into power. This would create a lot of stress and tax burden on the public with rising inflation, as delivering freebies requires money, and for that, taxes need to be increased.
They claim they’ll create assets and then deliver the welfare schemes, but if that’s the logic, who would be interested in investing in a state with no capital? The state budget itself is around 2 lakh crores, so how can they construct such a greenfield capital with insufficient funds? Furthermore, the TDP government previously supported the NDA government but later came out of it demanding special category status after accepting the special package offered by the Centre. Who knows if the same thing might repeat if they come into power, where the Centre may betray the state in providing funds?
In Jagan’s government, at least he tried developing infrastructure in Vizag-centric areas, like building an international airport connected to the Chennai-Kolkata NH and ports like Moolapeta at the far end of Srikakulam. This can be connected to Vizag port, which not only handles the traffic of Vizag port as it is one of the busiest ports, but also develops the very underdeveloped Srikakulam district, which has the most migrant people, and also Vizianagaram district. Vizag shipping harbor is most viable for the international export of fish like salmon. One capital, Vizag, is most viable for a state like Andhra Pradesh as, with less investment, assets can be created for the state, and using these assets, areas like Amaravati can be developed. Amaravati cannot be developed within 5 or 10 years, and there should be stability in the government to continue its dreams and fulfill its vision in creating a capital city. Here, no one can be blamed because building any capital takes time, and if the government keeps changing every five years, how can an area be developed?
So considering all the factors, as you said, the best ideal solution would be developing Vizag first and then developing the other regions. Many argue that Vizag is somewhere in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh and is a cyclone-prone area. But then, where is Chennai? Isn’t it in the northern side of Tamil Nadu? If people were to go to any office, aren’t they traveling to Chennai? It’s just a blame game and politicization of the capital issue, nothing more than that. So there should be only one capital, and that is Vizag.

Hyderabad was a capital of interest for rulers since ages and most of the state's investments before AP bifurcation concentrated there. After AP got divided into two states everyone opined that depending on the single largest city isn't a viable option and felt that development should not be confined to a particular region. Vizag is a best city and had all the required facilities to be a financial hub. But developing another region in the name of new capital will be better in my opinion as the word 'New Capital' itself attracts huge investments from different sectors of the economy. The promises have already been made to the farmers of Amaravati and lot of foundations were laid during CBN's regime for constructing buildings and there is no possiblity of converting that land now for agricultural purposes. So, going with Amaravati as the capital seems to be a viable option and developing it without burdening the state's exchequer is the need of the hour.
Vizag is the best option, because already good infrastructure available in the vizag just give some little push up with small amount comparing with amaravati,
Naidu plan was giving benifits to their community through hiking land rates, it means he(his govt) thinks their own interests not for other
Because we already saw what happens in Madras in 1950s, Hyderabad in 2014
So decentralisation is better option right now
Now already jagan govt built lots of infrastructure for decentralisation through Sachivalayams for every 2000 people, no need to go even mandal , district level offices.
Most of the things happening in Sachivalayams only , already we saw those fruits/outcomes in COVID time and later
In this new era jagan govt uses digital network mostly through DBT, spandana (for grievances)...etc those are solving within 48hrs.
Amaravati is like a barren land and it needs 1.09 lakh crore for only basic infrastructure like water,roads,drainage,street lights ..etc not everything. It need more money and it takes more than 15yrs said Naidu also this means inflation also added for that amount.
Even SRIKRISHNA committe also gives some reports amaravati not good for capital city because of soil issue for infrastructure,

Making vishakapatnam as the capital would be disastrous as by 2050 it will be under water as soon as polar ice caps melt . Next vizag is having huge mountains on 3 sides make it difficult for 3 sode growth it need to reclaim land or either build on mountains. Well amaravati does not need 1 lakh crore it need 20 to 25 thousand crore for getting basic infrastructure and as soon as basic infrastructure comes up givt can sell land to private entities get revenue. But as long as the state recovers from debt to a healthy financial position, for me Vizag should be considered as the capital of Andhra and 33000 acres of land in Amaravati and other parts of the state should be developed.
Fact that we can't ignore or gave up the money wich invested in amravati, and vizag is growing but it can grow without being a capital ilbcz it is capable ports, growing IT hub may be like banglore, see banglore, hyderabad grow as IT hubs bcz those are capital, vizag had the potential to grow without being a capital bcz of geographical location (sea), developing amravati is good bcz already money invested there and geographically center to the state people of all corner of state can access and importantly already money invested thre so we can't simply shift the capital despite the greenery amravati had it's own history and it can be capital of Andhrapradesh it can turned into IT hub because of capital and future investment can brought to amravati
Why not vizag:- vizag is self sufficient city, it dnt need to depend and it's already growing has a IThub so "capital amravati and IT and blue economy vizag can be two developed city's of andhra can be develop the state economically "

Considering AP current financial condition and trust based land acquisition from Amaravati farmers and story so far, continue Amaravati as hub for judicial activities and develop as grean field city in the future when state financial condition is good but continue as a planned city. Declare vizag as capital which can provide all necessary infrastructure and resources to maintain a capital.Before taking any decision constitute a committee with experts to make informed choice.
Or continue Amaravati as a capital with better implication of Naidu plan to reduce risk of failure.

Amaravati has greater chances of becoming a capital, because the farmers has given then fertile land purely on the basis of trusting the government not the leaders and their compensation, and later govt changed every dream has shattered into ashes and Andhra is left with sympathy very bad sympathetic state where no apathy is involved by its own leaders, while drought is already consistently arising in the state, this is the new trend of having no capital.. like Bangalore to karnataka, Mumbai Pune to Maharashtra, Chennai to Tamilnadu , Kochi to Kerala we don't have a solid city at least....hope it changes soon.
