I know a lot of people have differing opinions and research can say this and that, but some research suggests giving kids foods early helps curb allergies. For example, kids in countries in Africa and in India have lower instances of peanut allergies and researchers believe it's due to their diet having peanuts regularly occurring early on, especially the peanut soups they eat. So trying to remove things from a child's diet, generally, is likely not gonna be best for the child. Also, generally using your child's life for content bothers me a ton. Also, the kid just had a carb heavy breakfast, that meal had barely any fat or protein. Also, on Daiya cheese, it is one of the better cheeses that DOES melt, but it needs A LOT of heat to melt, so you have to change the cook method. Edamame is actually one of the protein rich ones (just soy beans), but you need to eat way more. She's not giving him enough food. I'd rather see him have food left over rather than a clean plate.

6 year old boys eat alot! This little boy is Max's age (E.M.R.) Ive been trying to figure out why Max seems more affected by their vegan diet & it occurred to me while watching this video. I wonder if she knows anyone with male children. I had 1 boy, 1 girl & my son could out eat my daughter, who was 2 1/2 years older by ALOT. Its possible Max is affected more for the same reason that this little boy needs frequent meals in the absence of higher calorie meals. Growing boys require an incredible amount of calories & the big difference between they & girls could come down to them having more muscle mass, their bone size etc. So Maxs lacking calories would show up more on him. Why I asked if she knows anyone with male children are her portion sizes are closer to what a girl his age might eat. Or shes more worried about making the food look "instagram ready" than enough calories for him
Please don't spread that kind of misinformation. You'll have people thinking it's okay to underfeed girls, which sadly many parents already do. Up until puberty (around 14 years) boys and girls require the same amount of calories. This is because, up until puberty, they have, on average, the same height and body mass, regardless of gender. Your son and daughter are individuals, with individual appetites and needs. They are not representatives for their whole gender.
@@itzakpoelzig330why are you under the assumption that the thread starter is saying to feed girls less? What they are saying is basically, because boys tend to be bigger, stringer and dencer that the average girl they require more nutrition, so their suffering is more apparent that a girls' when on these starvation/ vegan diets. No one is saying feed girls 1 plain hard boiled egg, while boys get 3 hard boiled eggs with cheese, salt, pepper, bacon and toast.

Her vegan brain fog prevents her to realize her kid is starving. "2nd breakfast" "2nd diner" this is NOT normal ma'am!!
