Amy, I have been following your weight loss journey also. I’m 66 with diabetes and fibromyalgia and on a very strict diet. I’ve lost almost 85 pounds and hope to lose 45 more. Although I can’t eat a lot of your food choices, I really enjoy seeing your meal choices, giving me new options. Thank you for another great video.
I will definitely make that soup and salad. I made your food from one of the recent videos, your chicken white bean chili, that I had tonight, and the one where you used green beans, potatoes, chicken, and Italian dressing, and both were amazing. I also liked your plate of snacks! Wonderful! Thank you.
Hi Amy! I've been following you for a while. I love your style and it has been a joy to watch your health journey. I am a runner too living in a small town south west of Dayton. Happy Holidays to you and your family! -Libby
What a treat, Amy on a Saturday morning😊 You look fantastic and are such an inspiration! The chicken/gnocchi soup looks delicious and will make it this week. I'm Italian and gnocchi are my absolute favorite!! May I ask where that soup pot is from? Have a great weekend and see you soon!🤗
Hi Amy.I have 4 grandbabies that follow you on Instagram. They are all into health and sports. They are quite beautiful, but their grandma is proud of how they look on the inside because they love the Lord Jesus.
Amy, your body composition changes are inspiring. Thank you for sharing the soup and brownie recipes, both look yummy. I've been eating very low carb and mostly animal based since July. I dropped 20lbs. My exercise regimen is off with Holiday prep but January is coming.
Thanks for sharing the chocolate treat, chocolate is my weakness haha. I wonder if I could replace the protein powder with something else or I’ll just go buy some.
Hi Amy. I’ve been noticing a lot of thinning of hair on my scalp (I am 65 yrs old) and wondered if you knew if the collagen would help with that. Thanks and blessings to you and your family during this Christmas season.
Enjoyed your video. I like the ones that seem more real and less staged. Will definately try the soup. Your weight loss is inspiring, I wish I could get to a gym in the AM but start work at 7 so not realistic.
Love the food ideas- that soup is perfect for this time of year. Two questions for you, if you don't mind. How did you know it was time to hire a run coach-or maybe why did you decide to hire a run coach? There really is a lot more to the running sport than most people may think! And two, I am training for my first half marathon as a 47 YO that is overweight and a new runner. My shins aren't injured but they do ache and slow me down/ reduce the distance I can go. Did you deal with that as you were starting to run? Any tips to grow past this pain. I had no choice but to slow down to avoid injury but I feel like I should be doing something to maybe strengthen my calves? Your transformation has been an inspiration!
Definitely trying the soup! I've had mixed feelings about the healthy alternative recipes.. a few flops here haha .. just because unless they are really good i'd rather just have a serv of the real deal of something, but this recipe looked good :) Always appreciate your meal ideas and I'll have to look for the tortillas... i use diff protein ones and depending on how you use them sometimes I'm not huge on the texture but what a great swap and looks easier to eat.
Hi Amy, I have been following your weight loss journey, and I am trying to figure out how much protein, fats, fiber, and carbohydrates if you follow them as well. Could you please let me know? Thank you in advance ❤
Love your channel. Amy, can you tell me about your watch ? I like to get a review on things I buy. So nice to have you peek in this mourning. You are so cute.
For the most part very healthy. However, I would question the diet Dr. Pepper. Diet soda is filled with chemicals and of course, regular soda is filled with sugar. Far better to just drink water, with a squeeze of lemon if you want a bit of flavour.
Sometimes it’s the carbonation that a person craves. She mentions she enjoys treating herself to Chik Fil A when she grocery shops. One diet soda per week or even two is not going to make a break her health. She does an excellent job staying active, eating wholesome foods, lots of fiber, fruits and veggies. Enjoying life is also having things in moderation. I would certainly say this is moderation.
@@nicoleschultz3165 If one craves carbonation, then drinking soda water, or bubbly mineral water is an alternative. But I do agree with you that Amy takes good care of her diet and exercise and that things in moderation are okay.
Totally agree with you that water is better and diet soda is NOT healthy. For me, it’s usually a treat once or twice per week. Maybe someday I’ll cut it out entirely, but for now it’s something I really enjoy and fit into my lifestyle 😊
Sorry but are you sure you live in a cold climate place ?!! Frozen smoothie and going to the gym in light short shorts early in the morning ?!! My Arab warm blood can’t fathom how is that possible lol but good for you
Ha! I'm a northerner living in the south, and I will put my gym shorts on first thing in the morning, even if I have errands to run. People think I'm crazy.
Love the discipline associated with my training but no so.much the muscle definition and loss of my chest i just dont feel as womanly and have that geeky child like appearance i think this look affects most athletes yourself included how do you feel about your more defined body is it a love hate issue for you ??
It’s hard to say because I never had a chest to begin with 😆 honestly I feel very strong. I’m lifting heavier than I ever have - I’d love to build some more muscle in the next year, but overall still feel really good. 😊
Amy, congrats on your weight loss, you have worked hard. However, could we maybe see these only monthly, I feel compared to other content, it's getting boring. Continued success on your health journey.
Have not posted one of these in about 6 weeks 😉 I try to only do them about every 4-6 weeks already… so not really sure what you’re asking I change. This video today had nothing to do with weight loss, I was just sharing how I’m feeding my family of 5 in a healthy way. I’ve become very passionate about this topic, so it will likely stay around here on my channel. ☺️ If my new rhythms of content don’t bring you joy, that’s totally okay. Making sure you find someone else that brings you inspiration and joy is what matters ♥️
I enjoy watching these videos as a mom of two who is very interested in health and fitness. I gain inspiration from Amy’s meal ideas and snack options. I’m not always interested in her decorating videos but love the channel as a whole and just skip certain videos. I guess I don’t understand why the need to even comment, just skip the videos.
@emilyrogers5505 I wasn't being rude just expressing my opinion.sorry it isn't the same as yours. Amy has worked hard. I guess I like lots of variety. Oh, and I do skip them.

What is your diet when you say very strict?
I love seeing these daily examples. It helps me better understand and visualize what I need to do to live healthier.
Love seeing your health and fitness videos again! Super inspiring.
You are so inspiring! Love all your videos!💕

Hi Amy ! I just started my weight loss journey. Just wanted you to know you really inspire me 💗 also what brand coffee pot do you have ?
This was so fun! I needed some great tips to add more protein to my diet. Thank you Amy! Also loved listening to the Cody Francis background music.

Don't lose anymore. You look great
I actually thought she looked great with about 20 more pounds!
❤ this video!
Looks Delicious! 🤍
Do you have a link for your jeans!?
I love that thin good seed bread with peanut butter on it? Do you use much peanut butter?
I try not to overboard, I’d say 1 tsp or so per slice. I also add about a tsp of honey 😊

Does Beam have dairy in it?

Enjoyed
And here I am eating Thanksgiving leftovers for breakfast!!😋🍽🤣 Back on track on Monday. Thanks Amy!!
Thanksgiving and Christmas leftovers are my favourite. You have the rest of the year to get back to routine.
@maryoleary2037-See?? You and I could be Beasties!!😂

I think a diet Dr pepper every now and then won't make or break someone. It will be ok.
@@erikastanger7848 You are correct about "now and then". but most people who drink soda do it on a regular basis, which is not good.

Liked this. Would enjoy more recipes.
Those taco shells are full of inflammatory oils and junk. You are better off buying siete.
I’m not seed oil free and don’t try to be. I eat them in small moderation and I’m doing just fine. 😉♥️
