A very '80s instrument I kinda wish more musicians played. More of a metalhead, but I think this can be used somehow, similar to pianists/synthesizers in prog, industrial, or power metal.
Absolutely you can. Dream Theater for one Jordan Rudess one of the most talented musicians. I am a metal head as well but i love all types of music. I totally want to master this and create something wonderful in the metal/symphonic metal world. Like old man's child and dimmu borgir have a lot of synths/riffs one can duplicate. ^--^
Not that it matters what your skin color is, but your thumbnail pic, if I am to assume it is you, shows you to be a black man. You said that you are a metalhead? I'm one as well but I'm white. My point is, growing up a metalhead in the 80s and 90s and going to concerts like Slayer, Metallica and Dying Fetus, I don't recall ever seeing any black people at those concerts or at my school. The black kids when I was going to school were into the rap scene mostly or pop. I never met or knew of any black people into metal, except for the lead guitarist of Suicidal Tendencies. Up until now after reading your comment, you and the guitarist for Suicidal, are the only black people that I now know of that's into metal. I'm now going on 50 years old and I'm know looking back how odd that is that you and the guitarist for Suicidal are the only ones that I now know that are into metal. I must've missed something growing up. I don't have any problem with this anyone can liste to what they want, I'm just telling you my experience of the black kids and people I knew growing up.
Sounds great man, I've been playing keys for a while, always been into the classic B3, rhodes type sounds but I never tried one of these, you've inspired me to look into these, haha great job brotha!!
Nice dude. Wow. I just got an Ax Edge after playing piano for 20 years and trying to figure it out. From one creator to another, liked and subscribed! ✌
Wow... I've never ever seen a drop-tile cieling inside a residential house before, I thought that was only for office buildings. Great solo though, amazing work :D
Nice, but for some reason I want to press start and select a character.
Edwin Brown lmao
*GONNA TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE!*
*da-nanana, nana-nana!*
Saaaameee🤣🤣🤣 lmao
Scott pilgrim
and then just sit at the character select screen and vibe
are you a space wizard from future?
+latbat58 Yes.
key tar delta blues
They call him... Solenya
No. He's a blast from the past... who's come to kick ass.
Zargothrax...?
Why do I feel like I've just entered an arcade to beat a freaking wizard
In the words of a greater man than me “i would let him put the end of that keytar inside me”
He was absolutely in shock when he saw this video.

Ever watched Beneath The Sky's music video for their song '7861'? They had a keytarist during their first album and it's outstanding.
look up the band ghost. they have a keytarist
Look at Alestorm. If a Keytar can be used for goofy pirate metal, it can be used for ANY style :)

Can you come to my aunts funeral and play this exact song?
4 years and no response
@@redhood6525 I guess the aunt is in the ground long time ago :-)
@@redhood6525 To be fair, it was a big ask
Came here from dankpods! Never heard anything so amazing as this! I only wish it was longer!

Wonderful! Not only technical, but also good listening and performance.
This video is 9 years old and I can't remember when I watched for the first time, but I keep coming back from time to time
Sega Or Capcom should hire this talented man!
I feel like this video is about to bump up in views~
Capcom seriously needs to hire this guy.
Why would they hire foreigners? There's absolutely no shortage of talented Japanese musicians to pick from.
God this instrument will forever be in my mind and wishlist

Patty M.
HOLY SHIT-
this is jaw-droppingly amazing!
When you want to shred like Paul Gilbert, joe satriani, Steve vai, etc but you Mum make you play piano instead of guitar
doesn't matter, a keytar is as showy of an instrument as that fancy Jackson Pro V your shredder buddy has
And probably sounds better too! Lol
Sounds like a Sonic level, Awesome🔥🔥🔥🔥👌
That's it , I'm buying a keytar!🎹😎👍
Me too!!
Very cool... great skills. thanks for sharing!

RUclips: *randomly recommends me a 8 year old keytar shredding video*
Sounds like a video game track from the 90s.

bro, sooooo epic.
This Rocks!
I want to make the dumbest book about a space wizard in a heavily stylized 80’s world that uses a key tar for magic instead of a wand
That was great 👌
Round 1. Fight!!
Awesome.Bruh
so nice!!!
