Can we all just take a moment to appreciate Hunter's camera work? He does an amazing job capturing all that incredible work with a great cinematic flair.
Hunter swings that cam excellent....however I still miss Randall
yeah I honestly wish Ole Randall would make some more guest appearances, he is a good dude
@@reddog543211 I can't disagree with you there, Randall was a lot of fun too and did great work. It would be nice to see him again.
Yes he does , thanks for the shout out , he deserves credit…
def a good addition to the shop
Paul, my wife said you look like a young Glenn Campbell. Love your work.
Grayson needs his own channel for his builds. What an inspiration for others his age and older.
That's a wonderful idea. He could totally inspire a generation of kids that just want to play video games and have everything done for them. 👍
@@joshuaatkins5197 He has a very creative mind and figures things out really well. Would be fun for a 78 year old grandpa to watch as well. He has a bright future, Bible tells parents to figure out their Childs talents and to encourage them in them. Paraphrased.
@@leonardkerns6602 agree 100%
I agee, what kid ever said ‘hey dad I know what I want for Christmas chains for my mower’
Happy Birthday Grandma!
❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Everyone please stay safe!
Graydon saying he wants snow chains for his mower for Christmas had me laughing and missing my kids being kids.
I made a set of snow cables for my daughter's go-cart when she was 10! Miss those days as well!
Wheel weights and a snow blade too!
My boys 4. Yall just gave me some ideas.
@@kevinjones2667 …..buy him a welder!
You could stud a wore out tire like motorcycles do for ice racing.
😂Paul, I promise I didn't laugh 'til YOU turned around and asked Hunter, "D'you just LAUGH?" I'm dyin! 🤣🤣🤣
this channel, Matts off-road and robby latyon reflect the little good that remains in the world. kindness, generosity, wholesome, humor and resourcefulness. thanks guys!! ya'll can build anything with the stuff left in the junk pile!! your kids are watching and will learn the same traits!!
Just cause the good isn't captured and the media blasts all the bad doesn't mean ita all that way my friend! Keep your head up there are more of us than you think
@@kylancook3477 this country is not in a good place right now. but thats a conversation for a different channel.
@@shcaskey Lets hope and pray for better times ahead!
Amen!
@@shcaskey depends on who you ask. History has shown things could always be worse. We can make the best at any point in time tomorrow is never promised.
“Talk to me Goose”. Nice, Hunter
Don't mind me, but the "3x3 rectangle" brought a smile. Enjoy the build Paul. Great work.
I caught that also.
Paul, you can bend your roof anyway you want to.
Well technically a square is a rectangle, so …
@@oleukeman true all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares
All squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares.
Your dad's looking down and saying not how nice the trucks looking. And yes the truck looks awesome..but how all his son's are working together..and raising great family's ..thank you guys for all your hard work..
happy birthday grandma, you did a good job with those boys of yours!
I just got out of hospital and the wife said what do you want to do first, I said catch up on fabrats your videos get more slick love the split screen and comradery keep up the good work.
The "make it up as we go" method of fabrication is truly inspiring. Cant wait to try it, screw something up big time, seriously
Happy birthday grandma!!!!! We love you in South Carolina
Nothin starts the Day like a Sunday morning Fab Rats Video.. Great work everyone..
No one gets everything perfect. But a artists gets everything perfect as they make it happen. Paul is a true self-tot artist with metal fabrication.
great show. wish every day was a sunday so that we could watch this build all day.
Ditto!
Abilities over mental agility,Paul proves how smart he is with the fabrication, that's a natural gift ,I'd take someone like this ,rather than someone to be claiming they are an expert with qualifications and title . Practical experience, how one is brought up as a child and Genes have a big part to play in how some approach life .Ben is included in this thinking and their methods of Madness prove their abilities.
Truck is coming on good .😃
Happy Birthday Grandma
Tow Truck looking awesome can't wait to see it done and winning the tow truck Olympics, keep doing what you guys do and God bless you and your family, thank you for the contents
Sorry to dash your hopes😉, Rory for the win!😁

I don't think so
Paul from fab rats will leave everybody in the dust 😁
@17:08 is the first time watching this wonderful channel I ever seen Paul get anywhere close to being upset haha. All of y'all such great ppl great hearts. I been a Lil back logged with the vids due to work but almost all caught up 😀
It is AMAZING how well Paul and Ben work together. They have the same vision of the projects!
❤️HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!❤️ Grandma Lollie! May we have many more years with our precious RUclips Grandma. Great video, many, many hours on the tow truck build, but it's turning out awesome. Many thanks to Hunter and Michelle for working so hard to let us tag along. Stay safe and GOD bless
Hunter, a compliment here from a guy who spend a few years being a freelance TV videographer in San Francisco. Your skills are getting good. I especially liked the view of the inside of the pipe from the far end as it was getting welded. Also a while ago I saw a nice shot of whatever the action was taken by aiming the camera at a reflection off of something. That's the kind of imagination that makes an outstanding photographer. Keep up the good work!
Paul” did you just laugh”? Yep lol roll bar passes the head test lol
The Harbor freight tool box is so sweet looking in the background. It sets the tone for all the amazing work to be done everyday.
Happy birthday to the real star of the channel. 😁
Super ingenious to incorporate a roof rack into the roll cage! Very awesome!!!
It's wonderful how stuff designed in Paul's head works out when he picks up a welder. And, when it doesn't work, he's always got a way around it!
Sometimes I think Paul is a mad scientist. That notching & bending on top of the headache rack was genious! 😎🤟
Hey Guy's, always remember, luck builds confidents!!! Building things on the "Fly" takes imagination, that's creative thinking!!!
Great job Fellers'!
The roll cage is looking awsome, I know pauls head dented it. Sorry Paul I was laughing too. Great video guys.
Paul suggestion for a shop upgrade. You can find one of those old road construction generators at any action any day any time. Even the cheap ones with a spot light tower. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍
BEAUTIFUL JOB complimenting the cab shape in the roll bar! I am very impressed, your MARK 01 EYEBALL CHRONOMETER is very good indeed!
Lucky is as lucky does. Nice work folks!
Excellent being able to piggy back you all at SEMA. I have never seen or heard of it. But because I decided to subscribe to MORR a little over a year ago I was able to experience SEMA through their cameras. Very cool to see Lyndsey in a vs. Matt in welding. Matt is very diverse in his talents, but Lizzie is a pro welder now. Really special video here. Thanks crew!
Hope everyone is having a great day
Our electric company does an amazing job of keeping our power on during snowstorms. Our citiots complain about them butchering trees, but surrounding areas are often losing power, and for days at a time!
Hunter is an awesome addition 2 the Fab Rats team. and very comical too. love ur work guys. keep on fabricating...
Hunter gets the MIG award for the " talk to me Goose" reference. Paul picked a great wingman for sure.
I can so relate to the semi-fail on the halo bar on that roof. Built a cage for a SxS and used the halo on a A and B pillar like you did and nailed every length and bend but lost my horizontal plane an the tube ends were mismatched . We made a sleeve and fought that thing like crazy then parked a tractor on it and welder up! Like my dad told me , anybody can make it right but it takes a true craftsmen to make it wrong and fix it so nobody can tell!
Yes agree and have noticed the good evolution of camera work and editing for an even more interesting video. If that's Hunter you're doing great and appreciated by the viewers.
What an awesome job Paul! No matter the challenge, you keep finding new ways to overcome. Keep it up!
Hunter has become such an integral part of the team. Love the crap that he gives Ben and Paul. Good times!
Happy birthday gma lolly
"I wish we could build something that just looked good and didn't have to work."
@Matt's Offroad Recovery, shots fired!!
Well power going on and off had to be a pain in butt. The roll cage and rock sliders came out great. 👍🏻
I like that kid. Good sense of humor.
Custom cages are time consuming and sometimes trial and error!!🙃 Makes it tougher using 3x3 rectangle!!🤣
Ratrod wreaker is going to be awesome, I really enjoy Paul & Ben working together it's never a dull moment, Hunter deserves some payback for laughing at Paul hitting his head, great video thank's for sharing God bless ❤😉👍
Paul is a genius. More of an artist than a fabricator. The time it would take to draw up plans would be a waste of time for all of theses one-off jobs. His ability to "see" a project and say cut it about here starts with an inate talent sharpened by a lot of experience.
Love your show, love the comedy thats added.
The power going out is called a “Trip and Reclose”. Happy you know that your recloser (a utility breaker) is set for lockout on the third fault (which is very typical). The recloser is a protection device meant to clear a fault on the distribution line (12.47 kV) rather than having a fuse blow on a fault. It’s a pretty cool system (I designed these systems three decades ago).
Thanks for the mansplaining, but we all watch Bobsdecline.
Actually I've never seen Bobsdecline so this was informational for me. Thanks Mike.
Always amazes me how often very talented, thoughtful craftsmen get "lucky" with their projects. Someday Hunter will understand :)
Man that headache rack turned out to be awesome I love what you did with the top that's so bad ass
armchair opinion😅 the cross piece should have been 3X3 same as the uprights to keep symmetry.
Cora Lee! Happy Birthday!!
Nice camera angle on the pie cuts Hunter 🙂 should would be nice to have blueprints for every unique piece 😅 creative use of the tools Paul 🙂 Luck combined with great vision and incredible skill 🙂 Awesome family dinner 🥰
Remarkable imagination with these fabrications. I love all these guys (and of course the girls) and the close family ties that they have. This channel is an absolutely wonderful breath of fresh air in all the pollution that exists in the world today.
Looks great, eyekrometer works just fine . Ben you're welding is getting better
Excellent job n your rollcage that's cool and turned out looking like you thought it would. I'm learning so much watching you and I'm 62 an been doing fab work for Abt 10 years now
The saying I go with is "You gotta be good to be lucky and you gotta be lucky to be good". Hunter is HILARIOUS and always catches us off guard like he does Paul, love it! haha Great build and great video. Thanks
The Skills that Paul and Ben have are truly amazing. Eyecromitor and Imagination bringing dreams to life....
Wow Paul and Ben and even Lando was helping today with the rat rod tow truck! Everything is looking good and coming together even with the power outage! Grayden's appearance asking for a Christmas gift was awesome. Grandma Lally's birthday was a big success and bless her heart Happy birthday! Keep charging Fab rats!
It’s easy to see how Matt and Paul have been friends for so long! Different visions of the same thing and brought together with such skill. Great content guys! Thanks! And to the editor! Thanks Michelle!
Grayden thinks ahead. He has plans for the snow and already preparing for it. He really impresses me. I love this family and all of their friends. God bless. ❤️🙏🙏👍👍🌟🌟❤️
I love the way the Rat Wrecker is coming along.
Your family dynamics are awesome! It appears that Hunter is now part of the family. I believe that Ben and I must feel the same way. I work with my brother and we do custom contracting work in homes. He deals with the clients and five other guys and myself can't put our skills to work until he tells us what is in his head. That's where everything is kept. Lists do help productivity but we can't make one until he spills out what needs to be done. I work alone building and creating. One guy works in the cabinet shop and the other guys are paired off on other jobs. But we keep busy doing what we can see needs done. Then he shares the notes kept in his brain and we make a list. Thanks for sharing because I can relate
Stay safe healthy and happy 👍
When you slapped that rag on the hood of the truck I said son of a. Then the power came back on that was hilarious. Happy Belated Birthday Grandma Lolli your awesome
Morning Fab Rats Family❣️
The Wrecker is certainly taking shape!! (Kudos to Hunter for the great shots and Michelle for the great editing.
I'm sure Sherm and David are all smiles discussing how cool it's going to be when completed👼👼)
LOVE how you THINK up all the custom pieces and parts, Paul, and then magically they WORK OUT!!
So fun to see the FAMILY working together!!
Chilly here this morning (19°) -- I'm envious of that blazing wood stove!
Safe travels, friends❤️❤️
Stay FROSTY...
Keep your powder dry and your head on a swivel...

Happy Birthday Grandma Lolli.
Tow truck is looking great!
Hunter's doing a great job and he deserved EXTRA credit for no shakin' the camera when the boss whacks his head on the pipe... right in the middle of the frame!! That was perfect! Just don't forget, it's only funny as long as there's no blood stains on the work. 🤣👍
Up at 8am, and watching Fab Rats! 👍🏻
6am here waiting for the Fab Rats 🐀
"The death wheel, Yeah, that one". Lol. You guys come up with the funniest saying sometimes. Love it!!
All the love from fab rats , shows they actually read the comment when can, wonder if it's Paul that shows the love or another rat ? Lol 🐁🐁🐁🐁🐀🐀🐀
Good morning happy Sunday. How’s old Randall doing? I miss his random commentary 🍻🇺🇸🤙🏻
good work Fab rats.. thanks for videos
That's some good looking welding there Paul. And Ben, good looking hole drilling.
I LIKE THE SPLIT SCREEN!!! Good job everyone!
Can’t wait to see it in action
Paul, your can do attitude has serve you well and has brought you to where your at. You say luck, maybe sometimes the case the rest is skill.
Love the videos. I never buy stuff from RUclipsr’s but I just got my shirt from you guys. Thanks and keep up the good work
Glad to see those tow hooks off the old Diamond Reo going on.
Same here. Happy to see them getting use again.
Keep up the good work
Y'all are getting better and better working together. It's a great thing.
I love how you predict the armchair fabricators complaints about your builds. It’s so great! Do everything your way let ‘em cry.
As the crazy guy who showed up in the snow storm the 9th, I see it was your birthday Grandma. Thanks for coming out in the snow so I could get some shirts and the cool hoodie.
Belated happy birthday!
You guys always bring a smile and a laugh with every video. Your editing and videography are both first rate. I think you need a Fab Rats vocabulary t-shirt with crucial terms like:
"Mayszure", "Eyechrometer", etc. ;-)
Paul is definitely a fabricator, lots of thought involved, NOT LUCK! God given talent. Great Work! 👍 I always enjoy the Paul process.
A true trifecta! Amazing fabrication, filming and editing leads to one of your best videos yet. Well done.
Hunter you are a great cameraman keep up the good work! For the rest of yuns your awesome!!!!!!!!!
Awesome job and video, wouldn't be a good Sunday with out a great wrecker building God bless from GA and stay safe 🙏
Happy Birthday Grandma Lolly. The wrecker is coming along nice
YAY!
Thanks for showing the reality of building. Seeing how to overcome challenges is extremely helpful.
I'd like to see the welds from the beginning till now. I think Paul is improving as the build goes on
Hunter: EXCELLENT video through the tube!!!!
Woo hop
Sunday morning coffee with The Fab Rats. Life is good.
Time to invest in a good mag drill. It makes life easier.
I watch the Fab Rats channel because they are very good at building things around the shop . They also work good with each other .
Hellos you guys
Heck ya. It's looking good!
