This is a great recipe. I've made it with shrimp, with leftover steak -- it's excellent. I did not use scotch bonnet pepper, did use garlic, but as you can tell it's highly customizable! Thanks!!
Chris.... I made it today.... and it turned out beautiful.... It was delicious... I just eliminated the carrots and oyster sauce. I also found the recipe on tempura shrimp..... I brought the packet for the TSO sauce for the chicken... THANKS

Don't feel bad bro. I got out of breath watching your vid Im with you. great recipe. I learned a recipe from a Vietnamese cook making shrimp fried rice. instead of soy sauce he used powdered chicken bullion That is the only way I cook it at home now.

Made this last night. Omitted the veggies and subbed with peas. Didn't have 5 spice so just seasoned with garlic, onion and black pepper. Used jalapeno instead cause couldn't get scotch bonnet. Yum! Thanks for the recipe!
