My thoughts 😊
I’ll never ever forget the first morning my five year old adopted sister from Wuhan was with us, she couldn’t speak much English, but she showed me how to make fried rice authentically. We stood there silently side by side, she showed me each ingredient with a proud smile and added them, so self sufficient she left me in shock; how she ever learned to even do that is still beyond me! But it was so special, we bonded over food, she shared something she loved, her third favorite breakfast I would later come to learn. Good food and love can bridge all divides!

In my nightmarket video I laid out my reasons of the raid: cleanliness, lack of tax collection, or other nefarious reasons the public doesn't know about.

Great video, but a word of caution. That guy’s burner has gotta be clocking in at around 100,000 BTUs (or maybe more). Just remember to adjust your own cooking method accordingly, as it may take a bit longer depending on the strength of your stove

Bro it takes more than 3 to 4 hours the has to soak at least 1 hour to boil water 20 minutes and after putting rice into water 25 minutes cooking in slow flame and then we need to spread those cooked rice i large sheet so it cool down takes almost 30 minutes without fan with fan 15 minutes and cutting thos vegetables 😅 40 minutes again we have to boil or fry chicken takes 1 hour. Now calculate the time than they'll come to the street to start Shop they don't cook they mix rice, egg, veggies and chicken in hot pan 🍳 add that 10 minutes too... Sorry for my English at i tried to explain how things work

Just made shrimp fried rice with my new wok and it took a lot longer than a minute. It was delicious however the rice wasn't fried enough for me

This took much longer than one minute to make. It only took a minute to COOK. It has to take at least an hour to prep all those ingredients.

Is egg considered vegetarian safe? If not, just don't use egg meat. I usually use salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and egg if i have eggs. You can literally add whatever you want. As long you use high smoke point oil and rice, you're good
