And now, I have improved my communication skills, can talk without hesitation, not shy anymore, atleast talkative in my family, confidently putting my opinion in small groups. There is no harm in enjoying your own company, but you need to have someone to vent out your feelings too. I thought the same that cutting off from everyone can help me focus on my studies or my goals when I was in Class 11th cuz lockdown happened. Not venting out has led me into a severe burnout now that I am in Class 12th and exams are approaching. Venting out just means expressing whatever you feel to anyone to just get it out of your system to keep yourself healthy. Just talking your heart out, in general. There is nothing wrong in being an introvert, but human being is a social animal, you need to express to keep yourself mentally healthy. We need at least one person to whom we can vent out to. Talking to someone doesn't make you less of an introvert. Doesn't matter who it is. Can be anyone you trust. Find that person. Express your feelings. Bottling up whatever you feel can not be healthy in the long run. How do I know? Because I am in that degrading mental state right now that I never imagined I'd be.

I'm happy being introvert to the extent I'm.
I'm an introvert by nature... I like to be alone... My friend circle is very small.... Now after stepping in the college... I'm seeing people with great communication skills ... And a better connection with everyone.... This thing gives me anxiety.... My communication skills are very very poor... And I'm not a social person... Now I'm tired of this shit 😣... And don't know what to do ... Atleast 3-4 days In a week ,I've been in deep anxiety . . 😩
