    My magic button would have more of Michael Miller fabric in my local Joanns ( it's basically the only fabric shop in my area)

    These strips would make a great bargello quilt too

    I love your videos. This is another great quilt idea. I want you to know that your video on cutting mountains and landscape quilt making made realize I could do that even though I don't draw or paint so I thought I could not. So thank you Rob! You are "making quilting fun" for sure 😊!

    I just love the ombre fabric. You get SO many different blocks out of just one fabric. I really enjoy your energy !. Quilting is all about fun. Thanks for sharing.

    Great quilt! I prefer to make my quarter square triangles/hourglass blocks starting with HSTS instead of cutting little triangles to sew together. I've never worked with ombre fabrics so this is very interesting. Thanks! Enjoyed seeing you on Sew Yeah!!

    It’s really beautiful. I always get confused about ironing the seams. Thank you for clarifying

    Is there a way to get the fabrics even if our store doesn't have them. If love some of the fabric you just used, and if love the frosted fabric.

    Rob, is there a shop close to us that has this fabric? Cotton Ball, Atascadero, Paso ?

    I am also wondering what the quilt is right behind you? I would love to make it!

    Could you sew the entire strip together and then cut off the portion you need for each strip set?

    • @hollyzessin2886
      @hollyzessin2886 3 года назад

      Not having the darkest at one end, the cut piece of white in the center would have the color strip reversed. The color strip in center would work.

    Is there a tutorial for the quilt directly behind you ?

    There a pattern available for quilt behind you. I've tried to find it , but I'm totally not computer savvy. Appreciate an answer as I've been trying to find for quite a while. Thank you.

      No, sorry. We do not have a pattern or tutorial for that project.

      @@makingitfunwithmichaelmill8161 well. I'm just going to have to figure out a design than gives me the same effect. Not difficult, just wanted to be lazy. Designing patterns & quilts is easier the easiest part of quilting. Since I dream in colour that's never an issue. Thanks for your reply. Have a productive day.

    Rob how come you don't sew each row together on your star then lay it back down, then do the next row, and then the 3rd row, then sew them together. It will make it easier not to get your blocks turned around.
