Ya know Uther’s hatred really shows through on the season 5 episode where he comes back as a ghost. Never once did it hit him that Merlin is the most powerful sorcerer to ever walk the earth but the fact that his been in Camelot and Arthur’s side ALL these years and never once did he plot the downfall of Camelot, he did not try to kill anyone or cause chaos. He stayed by Arthur’s side and helped him at all costs, Merlin is the real reason Arthur is still alive and Uther can’t see that. He just sees Merlin as a threat, someone that needs to be disposed of. It’s so sad that his hatred blinds him that much

When I heard that this was the last series part of me just died inside, this is my favourite show of all time. Me and my friends watch Merlin together every week, but now our little merlin club has become a merlin support group. :'( Long live the king!
This video is so beautifully made, but also knowing how the show ends, this video makes me equally parts happy, proud, hurt, and sad. I grieve for the characters who were played so well they felt like real people, like friends I went along with on the journey.
You have made the perfect summary for the whole series -- the music is wonderful, you are a skillful editor and know how to tell a story and tug at our heartstrings! I love this amazing show and will miss it sorely. So much thanks for making this brilliant tribute to my favorite show!
His absolute lack of fucks to give in the last few seasons makes him one of my favorite characters of all time. At that point he knows he’s strong but he also very slowly starts to get more and more reckless with his secrets. Colin does an amazing job showing Merlin’s maturity and his conviction. It’s no longer deal with the gremlin as quietly as possible but protect Arthur no matter what.
WOW!!! I can see this was made before the finale, but still, IT IS EPIC!!!! Really beautiful scenes and voice-overs, telling everyone's story :) Favourited!!
it's so freaking awesome when someone asks "you have magic?" and merlin is just like "I WAS BORN WITH IT!" - the german voices my be aweful as hell but that doesn't take a bit out of how magical this is!

This is making me imagine how awesome it'd have been if Merlin never had to hide his powers. Given, most episodes would have been over in 5 minutes, but what an awesome 5 minutes.
