This season is the most beautiful season I've ever seen, I've always waited for a big piano and a cello 😭😭😭😭
For me, the grand piano sounds much too similar to the rest of the pianos already in the game. I really wish they had gone with a deeper, more reverberating sound for it. Would've been much better imo, I hate all the high pitched and happy sounding instruments they keep making.

A lot of spaces for cosmetics were swapped out for placeable items which is quite sad. I can’t help but blame season of nesting for this ahha. I’m glad we get a cape and the cello for free at least.
true. i don't mind one mat and one poster to be in the spot but in almost every spirit??? most of them are just recolors too
I would like the developers to come up with an angel season and there are angel wings white and the feathers would fly when the wingbeats would be so beautiful and I think all this will appeal to the angel season

My friend loves piano so much that she always collects and plays pianos in Sky! It's sad that she can't buy a Season Pass for this season, and now she has to wait for years for that grand piano:(

Two big factors 1. there is a base game piano (not grand sadly) but it is there. 2. the basic looking grand piano will be a traveling spirit in the next several years.

Having both pianos be only available through the Season Pass is weird to me
I know that one of them will probably be available to everybody one day but still
I don't even care about the pianos, I just think that instead of a second one as an Ultimate Reward, they should have put another cello instead
I think cause there was a regular piano in the base game and in a seasonal spirit from the past already. This makes two pianos already and with a 3rd and 4th it can be a bit much. So they limited the the overwhelm by making it so that eventually you'll only have three.

There already is another cello. No idea how you get it, I believe it's just in beta rn, but it's styled the same as the UR grand piano. I believe it's supposed to be paid too.
@Lazu__li the only violin-like instrument before duets was an IAP. Meanwhile the pianos before Duets were free with only one being part of a traveling spirit thing. To have a piano that will be a traveling spirit with only one being an ultimate reward brings it to three pianos in the far future. The cello coming will bring it to two and the one after the fourth quest will bring it to three. This balances out piano and violin like instruments available in the gane in total. Making 3 of each instrument type available in the game.

The lore behind this season is so cute, two friends who worked hard and stayed together no matter what ❤
But then a shard event came and the instruments broke😢. Also there friendship became more and more distant until the pianist just left the thing and left the cellists alone… so then they kinda die and live again… sky lore is cool 😎 nobody dies permanently

ok, let me do the calculations. 14+24+34= 72 seasonal candles, considering that every day we can do 4 missions to acquire them. 72: 4 = 18 days. So in 2 weeks and 4 consecutive days, completing all the tasks, I will be able to buy my cello
Math is wrong. You are forgetting the candles in the daily realm. That's 5 a day

happy with the free to play items, but it doesn't make sense to me that both grand pianos are season pass only; if you're going to get the ultimate reward shiny version, why would you even want the basic version?
I think it's so that people are pressured to buy the season pass. If people have the option to get the basic "ugly" one, then it's less likely for those people to buy the pass since both pianos sound the same. If someone really wants the piano, they'll be forced to buy the pass. It's a tactic.

I guess this was the first grand piano the other spirit used. They could've had another cello for the cellist, but I guess that would be kind of overkill 😅
@@DeltaRaptoran its just a lazy choice, they could have made the "old piano" in the form of a poster to honor it and for the empty slot it could have been another instrument- there are so many ethnic instruments...
ah i just love all the pieces for this season. lol i actually like wearing capes and ponchos in real life and i wish i had that lilac cape to wear.

But in that thinking, cello is just a bigger, deeper violin. That's exactly what it sounds like too.
On top of that, there's supposed to be two cellos, one free, and basic like the basic grand piano, the other supposed to be paid and is styled after the UR grand piano. Why make a paid and free cello, but two paid grand pianos?
Well to be honest i like the old season. Now they are not making as good as old ones. Yes all people have different taste and preferences so no hate❤

I’ll be skipping this season. I feel like this season to very underwhelming. The 2 paid pianos, the ultimate gift poster… it makes me feel like this season was rushed and they really didn’t have a lot of ideas. Although I am disappointed with this season, I wish everyone participating will have a very wonderful season!!!
Yeah and the rugs, i think season of nesting kinda ruined it for this season, it feels "lazy" why 2 rugs of the same color? It could’ve just be added to the furnitures shop tbh

Idk... i also feel bad for my f2p friends who didnt get any wearable cosmetic last season, theres also barely any free cosmetics this season its just a little upsetting

I haven't been playing sky long and I'm f2p but this season is the first season pass I will be getting cause everything is soo amazing ❤❤ I literally can't wait lol😅
I've been waiting a long time for them to make a cello, I love this season😭and there are cute things you don't have to pay!❤❤
By doing 76 day season quest we will get 380 candles ( no-seasonal pas holders)
393-15 ( those shiney seasonal hearts❤)
We will left with 371 candels

I find it cool that they're giving more f2p cosmetics in the guide trees that anyone can unlock even after the season ends! it'll be helpful for moths that want better items than the base game has
Making both pianos paid is a rip-off for those who can afford to buy a pass & spitting in the faces of those who can't afford one. Wow tgc, what a crappy way to treat ALL players.
Reminder of two big factors I see: 1 that grand piano will be a traveling spirit several years down the line, patience is key and strength. 2. there is a base game piano with the same function just without the grandness.

@cantthinkofausername645 I don’t play sky that often actually (probably the most is 3 days a week) so therefore buying the season pass is a bit of a waste. I couldn’t even get the Aurora ultimate gift because I didn’t get enough candles/hearts in time. But it is what it is I suppose.

excited for the season, just not a huge fan of all the props. i’d love if they made more accessories or shoes instead to make the cellist and pianist more special/unique! in return, put a few of the props and those plain rugs in the furniture place to purchase in aviary or something for a limited time during the season. i’m all propped out from last season... a FEW unique and detailed props would be fine, but this many that are plain and lazy just makes me feel like the pass isn’t entirely worth it. coming from someone that has played since 2020. i know you can’t please everyone, but c’mon. forcing this many lackluster rugs and mid posters into the season?😓 even for people that prefer props, this is yikes imo.
