Thanks for addressing my question. The arc division reactor is beautiful, but expensive and I need to justify the purchase. The channel nightwood guns did a video comparing comps and ports. There he showed some shrapnel that got into his arm and I wondered if the arc division reactor would do the same, given its cost. Glad it does not, thanks again for taking the time.

Gasses but also there’s unspent powder mixed in. Not all of it gets burnt and sometimes you can get peppered with it from ports or comps. A lot of people assume it’s shrapnel, some ports do create shrapnel but mostly it’s gas and powder

Curious price on full build without the red dot? And how is the arc divison zev build compared to your zaffairi precision build?

Magwell $114, Grip module $62, Zev tech frame $525, Arc Reactor Slide and barrel $700, Glock 19 upper assembly kit $89,
Iron sights $80. That’s $1,570 before taxes. Minus the the red dot.

They both have there strengths. Though similar the shooting experience is different.
I personally prefer the Zev Tech over the Zaffiri Precision. Only slightly though.
