The Wave one winning gives me hope for the Komi figure Wave is putting out. I hope Komi gets more figures. (Or other characters from Komi, Tadano, Najimi, or my personal favorite Manbagi. Or any other character obviously, there are too many to list.)
Chika for the win!!!, I really liked the whole idea behind this video. Comparing all the Chikas is really cool and cute, you can never have too many chikas!!!!!
This would be a difficult series to produce, as most people don't have too many duplicate characters--they might have one or two favorite(we all know you LOVE Chika) but not much beyond that. When you do run out, I wonder if you will do a collab with your figure gfs to maybe compile figures that you guys own collectively together. There are only a few character that I have a large number of figures for. Tokisaki Kurumi: 11(+1 actual duplicate, I bought an extra of one that had a paint transfer issue) Saber: 4 salter, 3 normal, 1 racing, 1 lion Luka Megurine: 4 Rin Tohsaka: 3 Then there are a LOT of 2s. The number count does reflect my preference somewhat but not entirely, as for some characters, I have *all* of the quality figures but there just aren't very many. For example, I like Rory Mercury but I'm only at two because there are only two. On the other hand, in case of Saber, I actually mostly just like Salter. Two of the others(one normal, one racing) I got as they are part of a set with Rin. I like Rin a lot, there aren't nearly as many good figures of her. I do, naturally, have an Ishtar and an incoming Eresh. Gotta catch all the Rin faces.
Really enjoyed this, is a very fun concept for a video. And definitely agree with your opinion on glossy eyes. I think it adds life to the face of the characters, hopefully more manufacturers start applying that to their figures

Did you see the new Milm Nava from Prime1Studios? They’ve started making PVC figures, they just made resin statues before. But this figure looks amazing.
I've got a prize figure Chika in the same pose as the PUP. The body shape is a little weird but it was 20$ from a con so I'm not complaining. It's by Bandai Spirits if you want to know. Anyways great vid looking forward to more of this series!!!!
I just ordered a DF Kelly Bunny P/O A- figure for like 27k Yen, not my most expensive figure. Have the catsuit Meiko Shiraki figure which was a bit more expensive..... Two figures from SSSS Gridman on its way aswell. The Akane Shinjo and Rikka Takarada both Kotobukiya 1/7 P/O B status figs. Akane was like 8.8k Yen and Rikka was almost double that..... But like both of them!
I’m the same kind of fan as you but instead of Chika I’m a total Kaguya simp. I agree that in this case it’s not a waifu thing but a I just love the character and think she’s cute.

I have the doll ordered, I chose to get that because I like the idea of having a unique variety of figures rather than having everything uniform, so this Chika will be my first nendoroid doll. I have a Kaguya prize figure...maybe I'll get that Chika pop up parade too lol...
I adore nendoroid dolls (cute, customisable and posable, what's not to love?) but I do wish GSC would be a bit less stingy with parts. They all come with the same 6 hands (maybe 1 extra hand or pair for a specific pose) and one faceplate, and sometimes 1 accessory. It would be nice if they were at least a bit more unique; imagine if the Chika doll came with the hands you mentioned around 13:06? That would be adorable! Piccodo charge a bit more more per figure for their Action Dolls, but include personalised accessories/hands and multiple faces. I would love to see GSC start to make nendoroid dolls like that one day even it costs more.
I think it would had been really fun if you showed images/more context on the toytec nendoroid! I actually know nothing about that nendoroid except for that it has infamy. It might be on me and you went through that info on another video, but you mentioned it so much in this video and I had no idea what the specifics of all that were. I love drama and would love to find out more :) Great video though! I'm in the sad club of my favorite characters have little to no figures in existence, but it's fun to live vicariously through your excitement.
