    Jackie ... you are a phenomenal watercolor painting artist! I am so jealous! I have dabbled in acrylics and haven't done badly, BUT, I yearn to learn watercolor! I watch your vids and fail miserable when I try to follow along. Anyway, I do appreciate your artwork! Keep putting out the tutorials ... maybe there is hope for me? LOL!

    😍👍 Awesome landscape tutorial, Jackie! 😊 Love this way to paint mountains, rocks, trees and water! (And everything Bleedproof White does 😉) When you added those white lupins, I was like: Yesss!👌😁 The painting process looks almost like magic! ✨🖌️ (This amazes me, because whenever I try a "simple" painting, I end up complicating it in the most ridiculous ways...😅) Thank you so much, Jackie, and have a wonderful weekend! 🙏 🤗👏👏👏🥰😘

      Hahaha Love that! I wasn't sure if anyone would like the white flowers, but it's fun, and why not!? Thank you for watching another video, Escudera! It doesn't go unnoticed. :) I always appreciate every comment you leave me.

    This was fun, although I screwed up on the rock thing and almost gave up - I let it sit for a day and went back to finish it and am happy with the results. thank you. Loved the green gold effect as well.

    Nice little painting! I do enjoy how you create the misty effect. Now if I could only get the time to sit down and use it more.

    So so beautiful! ❤ that yellow green color is WILD! 😅 when you put it down, it creates a land and water reflection by itself in 0.5 seconds 😮

      Hahaha it truly does. The green gold moves so fast! Thank you, Ereena for watching and leaving me a comment. I'm so so glad you enjoyed it.

    I seem to remember now that a long time ago I mixed a little bit of the other primary(ies) into the paint I used in a painting. This produced more natural looking colors, but everyone got a different take on what they prefer in color. Even I changed my preference over the years.

    Another approach which works better I think is to mix a little of the other paints that you use in the painting into the one you are applying next. That way the colors seem to sit better together or harmonise.

      With persistent practice and experimentation you can definitely get there! It wasn’t easy for me in the beginning. I believe you got this!

    Hello, thank you for this tutorial. The gradie brushes, do you suggest the mop brushes or round brushes? Thank you!

    • @JackiePeacock
      @JackiePeacock  2 месяца назад +1

      That’s a great question! I’ve never tried the round brushes. I love the detail brush set.
      I’ll have to look into the others though.
