    It can be done. I am 63 and 2 years ago I was 100 lbs. overweight. Diabetic. With high blood pressure and cholesterol . My A1C was 10.6 and took 6 meds a day. Now down 85 lbs. A1C is 4.7. NO MEDS! Blood pressure is normal. Ideal cholesterol. 15 lbs. to go. I eat KETOVORE. Some days full carnivore.

    Depression has to do with brain inflammation, due to bad diet.
    When we eat unnatural foods, sugar, seed oil....etc, we inflame our body which includes our brain. It's all physical. Our mental health is not somewhere in the clouds, it's in our brain and it's all physical. Animal saturated fat, especially butter, repairs and heals our brain. I can't even get depressed, even if I want to force myself into it. When brain is healthy and well nourished, we can handle anything that comes our way. Nothing can break me. Nothing.

    David is a very handsome man. He is going to be even more handsome with a few less pounds. I may have to come down to Costa Rica to visit you and hope to get introduced. ;) And that accent, Mon Dieu.
    The best part about "converting" your friends to a carnivore (or at least a gluten free low carb Paleo) diet is that you then have more people bringing food you can eat to potlucks! But seriously, it's also beautiful watching people you care about getting healthier, seeing that glow of health start up again in them. Seeing them get that "able to leap tall buildings" feeling.

      Haha yes! You may just have to visit. We’re super excited for his journey. Not many take the road less travelled but he is ready and actually doing so well. Super motivated, eager, and ready for the new life that is waiting for him. Stay tuned for his transformation!

    Disrelated questions: why is chicken not a staple on the carnivore diet? Is it not healthy?

    • @ancestralhealing
      @ancestralhealing  Год назад

      Beef is most optimal. Nothing wrong with chicken, its just not as a staple as beef is, that's all

      @@ancestralhealing I come from a country where chicken is the staple source of meat, so my family is naturally attracted to it. Would you recommend reducing the amount of chicken in our diet and eating mainly beef in order to see results?
