    Congratulations. You are inspiring. My husband and I are going through the process to have surgery in about a month so we are trying to educate ourselves as much as possible

    I enjoy watching your videos. Very inspiring. I having my surgery tomorrow, August 7. I'm kinda anxious, but watching your videos gave me some reassurance. Question. My doctor told me about the vitamins I need to take but wasn't sure on the type of vitamins.

    Thank you for posting these videos. Not many vsg posts on RUclips by men. Scheduled for surgery next week. Hoping I have similar results. Keep up the good work!

    I highly recommend premier protein pre-made drinks! The vanilla is great.

      Those taste like melted milkshakes to me. You don't even feel like you're drinking a protein shake, it's more like a treat

    I have had that exact same roller coaster experience. It took a worker to stand on the bar to get it to click in place. Had a similar issue on a plane. Couldn't get the seat belt to fit.
    I'm seriously considering the surgery at this point and doing my research.

    My favorite protein shake is Lean Body, it’s lactose and gluten free so easy on the stomach. My favorite flavors are vanilla and salted caramel

    Hi pal it’s Manjit from the uk well done I’m on holiday in Thailand with my mates at the moment they are amazed at my progress first time in 20 years no extension belt on plane required I’m walking without stopping every 5 minuets to wipe sweat away getting up from a beach chair not worrying if it will collapse and me looking like a total prat.and today we went fishing and diving and I got the life jacket on with room to spare . only down side when we go out to dinner they feel bad that they are stuffing there faces and I sit there with nothing but it’s a small price to pay .keep it up brother.

    I’m on the pre-op diet right now, my surgery is 12/7. Been experimenting with protein powders and what I’ve found works really well is unflavored IsoPure. I mix with 8oz of Fair Life skim and I use Jordan’s Skinny Mix flavor syrups. They have a bunch of flavors so I bought a sample pack of six different ones to give me some variety.

    Fantastic news. I had gastric sleeve surgery last Wednesday 26 July. I’m really struggling to drink enough fluids. I’m probably only drinking about 300 mls all day 😫

    Do you have any recommendations of things to bring with you to the hospital?

    • @youbetterbsleeveit5755
      @youbetterbsleeveit5755  4 года назад +1

      kevin kenny just make sure you wear clothes that are easy to put on when you’re released. And shoes that you can get on easily. Don’t want to be bending over to tie your shoes. Other than that you’ll be resting so you won’t really need anything.

      I take BARICOL. They come from Sweden but pretty quick delivery. I chose the chewable tablets orange flavour. They contain everything you need including Vit B12. I order 3 months supply £99.
