2010 Challenger SRT8 Skip Shift Delete

The customer asked me to install the 1st to 4th skip shift delete. At first I didn't know exactly what he was referring to but normally under just the right conditions the car will lock out 2nd gear and the shifter will go 1st to 4th which can be annoying at times. It's an emission thing...
