Drew Mercer TDH has a Sweet build with some massive DD 18s Walled in his Camry with lots of power at hand. It didn't like the lows all that well but it metered really well in the 40s with some tight squeezing bass. Sweet Build. Thanks for watching!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the first guy that has ever known his stuff. Every number, he knew or at least had a close ballpark figure. And I seriously like those door pods.

Only thing is saying he is clamping 12-14k. Gotta account for rise and voltage drop! I hope its clamping around that much though! Those are some pretty nice amps
@@CoreyGrandma I didn't think I said clamped in the video, if I did that was a mishap on my end. It's 12-14k unclamped. Haven't clamped yet.

@@CoreyGrandma I'm not knowledgeable with as far as the actual wiring installation goes I'll be entirely honest, coles always done good work with all his builds that I've seen though and he suggested 1ohm so I just went with it lmao

I love how my 2 18s turned out. I can't play as low as I'd like though so i'm going to be rebuilding for next season. But the 2 18s flat wall definitely turned out pretty good!

Damn that build is beautiful!! I currently have 2 12s Memphis PR subs with a Memphis amp for subs and a Kicker 4 channel amp. I upgraded the 6.5s and 6x9s to Rockford Fosgate Punch/Pro speakers and they sound badass! Now all I have left to buy is 2 12s Sundown SA subs, Sundown SAE-2000D amp, XS battery and a new alternator.

Hahah yeah that sucked. A few of the screws broke off in the baffle, so we had to tilt the damn thing to screw it back in lol.

DD stuff by not Flex very hard but their stuff is always stupid loud
The wall was tuned reaaally high.. it didn't get super low. The roof is pretty reinforced too, several cans of spray foam and two layers of wood plus the pole, so not a whole lot of flex. New build is gonna be ignorant though so hopefully we'll see some flex!

Hey bro sweet build! You seem like you know alot about car audio. Can you please recommend me a 500 dollar (give or take) build? I have a 2014 camry. I need center/corner dash (3-1/2) , front door (6x9), and rear deck center/corner (6-3/4"). Would really appreciate it. There's not many camry builds out there.
Thanks Jon welcome yo my channel and thanks for being a Subscriber. For 500 Dollar range is more then enough for just dash/door/deck speakers. If you want subs and amp as well probably not unless small but look into Skar, Pioneer, and Alpine for speakers of your preference. Coxials are cheaper but components are better quality but more $$.
