- Finally! she is Alive!!! The Twin Turbo F150 is finally running and we go to listen to her purr!
Thank you all for watching and showing your support! I'm so glad to share this project with everyone and cant wait to show everyone the f150 at the track! we still got a long way to go to drive her around but soon we will be ripping her down the street!

Have a 2004 F-150 that’s got 103,000 miles on it as of right now. Only part I have for my build is the turbos & I know it’ll be a year or two before I even start my build. Seeing this & hearing that start up was the best.
Hey that's a start, that's how my build started, just filling up a corner in the shop piece by piece and then eventually I had everything I needed to make version 1.0. it definitely is a good feeling once you can finally start a project lol. thanks for watching! I'm glad there's people like you that like are interested in what I'm doing. its definitely been a challenge to get to this point.

You don’t have to get a new welder. It should have a plug on the back to hook up a bottle and change the wire. If it’s running gasless wire check the polarity. It’ll have to be switched to dc+ for gas and wire

How much power are you expecting to add over a stock 5.4 NA? Its cool to see someone build that motor as its not something commonly done.

I got myself a 2008 F150 as-well but have a issue with a code P0430
So that code ither means your catylitic converters are getting clogged or the o2 sensors are going out. Typically it's the cats, I would get a cheap borescope and then remove the upstream 02 sensor and then inspect the cat and make sure its not clogged. If it is, ither you cam cut the cats out and sell them to a recycling facility and use that money to get a new exhaust system, or you can just hollow them out. There worth anywhere from 200 to 400 a piece, depending on the model. That way you can get a nice exhaust system.

i am not sure why you dessided to put the fuel tank in the bed, i am guessing you had good reason to do it. If i were you for your rear mounted rad i would like you said cut a hole in the bed and "duct" the air through the the rad and put a tunnel cover over the bed because if you dont put a tunnel cover you will have mostly the same air going through the rad.

Who did the tuning on the truck or is it on the stock calibration? If you need any help dialing it in let me know cool project man.
I did the tuning on it with an hp tuner but I still have more to do to it. I need to figure out if I can put a map sensor on the harness or not
@@MechanaholicsCreationsyou can it won’t show the data through the scanner but the pcm will see the input.
The best way is to log with the pro feature set or get an external display like an edge cts and add a couple sensors into such as map, fuel pressure, and other inputs.
