My mum last year told me that there was an arrow sticking out of our back fence I thought it was a kids one so went to pick it up. Only to find out it was a steel tip arrow so we called the police turns out my neighbour let her kids 6&14 play with her crazy ex boyfriends cross bow they apparently shot it at the ground and it ended up going through her fence into mine. Luckily my dog wasn't out or someone wasn't walking past the fence or shot through the fence into one of the houses at the back of us. U would think that she would want to keep the police away from her house because a few weeks before her crazy ex threatened to blow up 2 primary schools.

A ten year old boy could build a crossbow from a lump of wood a nail and some rubber bands. A long bow is a stick and string and deadlier than a crossbow. Knives are a lump of metal shaped to a thin edge and a point. Banning stuff like this is pointless it's the sick people who use items as weapons that are the problem, it could just have easily been kitchen knives from the home owners own kitchen. As much as I sympathise with the family and friends of the family concerned, I cannot express the feelings I have for the sickening attitude of the media who jump on this bandwagon any time this type of tragedy occurs - hype up the tools not the users, show images that are emotional triggers and not the actual story. The creators of the mainstream media today are mentally sick. IMHO

My mum last year told me that there was an arrow sticking out of our back fence I thought it was a kids one so went to pick it up. Only to find out it was a steel tip arrow so we called the police turns out my neighbour let her kids 6&14 play with her crazy ex boyfriends cross bow they apparently shot it at the ground and it ended up going through her fence into mine. Luckily my dog wasn't out or someone wasn't walking past the fence or shot through the fence into one of the houses at the back of us. U would think that she would want to keep the police away from her house because a few weeks before her crazy ex threatened to blow up 2 primary schools.
