    Ingredients:
    100g Rice Flour
    1 Litre Milk
    Pinch of Saffron
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    284ml Double Cream
    4 tbsp Custard
    70ml Water
    Pinch of Nutmeg
    4 tbsp Sugar
    Directions:
    1. In a small bowl, add the rice flour and some water and mix until you have a paste. Put to one side.
    2. In another small bowl add the custard and some water and mix until it is a liquid consistency.
    3. Place a saucepan on low heat and add the milk.
    4. Add the rice paste to the mix and stir.
    5. Add the liquid custard mixture to the milk and stir.
    6. Add the Saffron, Nutmeg and Vanilla extract and stir.
    7. Add the sugar and double cream and stir until the mixture thickens.
    8. Once mixture has thickened, pour into serving bowls and let it cool or serve hot immediately.
    9. Enjoy!
