I had an Aikido instructor who lived in Japan and trained at Hombu for 16 years in the 1970s and 1980s. He described how the beginner classes were downstairs and the other classes are upstairs. Almost mind bending to see it's still like that.
Nice job. I was there in 1999 and the dojo looks even better now.
