I grew up watching the show itself but in re runs it was just awesome to watch it on TV when I lived in southern California and I always a fan of the late Adam West and I miss him dearly
Your costume looks awesome! I'm thinking of making one for next Halloween.... but, apparently the pattern is no longer available :( Do you have any other sources by any chance?
Cassie S. Should be a link in the description to what I used, but I chose the fabric I used because it matched my cowl. If yours is going to be leather it might not match well.
Well three things I noticed straight away the eyebrows on the cowl are significantly different, the belt also, and the trunks are cut different to the original
I used the same fabric for the cape, gloves & trunks. What I used isn’t what I would consider screen accurate, but it matched the Marty cowl pretty well & is the best option I could find at my local craft store. If you’re interested in more screen accurate fabric you should contact Williams Studio.
Check out Xieng Prod.. He has a method for batman capes without the need for sewing. Ive used it twice now and both times my capenhas come out perfect and spreads like the 89 batman cape
This helps so much! I have the cowl and belt. Now I can't wait to make the cape and everything else! Thank you so much.
Voodoo Parka I glad I was able to help!

Can you make old cowl batman classic tv series please?
Well I can say you have extremely detailed tutorials and I got to support you after seeing your Jack Sparrow. Great job!
Thank you! Jack is so much fun to cosplay. Him and 60s Batman might be my favorites.
Holy Tolleson Batman!! Very nice work.

AW, RIP Adam West. :-( Your costume looks BAT-TASTIC by the way!
Cutelatinguy2 thank you!
So I'm wanting to order the leather cowl from them. Any suggestions on cape material?

Hi. The fabric that you recommend. Did you also use it on gloves and trunks?

@@JustSomeNerd Thanks for answering.
One last question. Approximately how many yards you bought in total?
You should buy the pattern. It will tell you how you should buy for the different parts.
Great skills your video is very helpful
i have a longg journey of patience and time to try and attempt making this costume.. idk if i could do it tbh
IDK if you can do it ether, but if it’s something you really want to make I hope you are able to do it!

As a kid I would always wonder why the 1960s Batman would wear the bat emblem on his stomach.
Awesome video! Lets see some more cat action!

Well done mate. It looks great and you have a great face for the mask. That sounds dodgy but I mean that in the best possible way :)
