Hello, Dr Mathew. I had Gastric Roux-en Y in Oct /22. I don’t know if u read the comments but I just wanted to say thank you for sharing all this info it really has helped me to understand more about this process and help guide me❤from 🇨🇦
It is so true what Dr. Weiner says on this video, the same thing that my endocrinologist told me: DO NOT drink bottle juices, they are loaded with refined sugars. Instead, make yourself your own juices with fresh fruits! And so I do it. No more bottle juices for me, I make my own now. And I save money. Thank you, Dr. Weiner, for sharing this important information. It is definitely appreciated. 👍🙌
Hope you don’t mind me asking, which coffee do you drink? Or which would you recommend that have a nice taste? Thank you for all your videos, they inspire me to eat healthier foods !!
I found your videos yesterday, and I've been taking a lot of notes to help prepare me for my surgery. I do have a question about this video, what does HFCS stand for!
Love your videos. I don't always comment but I watch it and you have really been instrumental in my weight loss journey. Definitely need to lose more weight.
He's right! I started avoiding eating added sugars and I notice that I detect sweetness better from fruits and even from tea that has stevia. I also noticed that I find some candy bars too sweet such as Reese's. I may end up avoiding chocolate unless it has no added sugar, similar to how the Mesoamerican peoples consumed it. Maybe I'll avoid stevia now after hearing what he said.

From what he’s saying I’d say that’s a big no as that is an artificial sweetener.
We get nature's valleys muesli bars for teen son ....high sugar....I see it as a treat. Not great food.
