Fred would have to finish w a Ring and at least 5x all pro and 7 pro bowls to be better… plus Willis won Defensive rookie of the year which Fred never did. Just my point of view
they’re two different players imo. Willis was the better run defender had the best sideline to sideline speed we’ve ever seen from a linebacker. Fred is better built for coverage and shooting the gaps on blitzes. We’ve seen Fred cover receivers deep down field, that was never really asked of Pat.

Fred’s pops was in there bragging about his latest contract at the time and that if any dads needed advice he got it. Lo and behold I the algorithm gods wanted me to watch this and not one mention of his pops. Dude on social media 🧢 ing. I apologize for bringing the mood down but that post stuck with me cause homeboy came off as condescending. Despite all this I wish this brother much success and even for his pops.
Current 49ers players who might go into the HOF: 1. Warner 2. Bosa 3. Kittle 4. Deebo 5. Aiyuk The cases can still change for all five but I’d say Warner and bosa are the two with the best shot at getting in.

Its pretty wild how the 49ers have consistently had top level Middle linebacker play going all the way back to the Rookie season of Patrick Willis.
