I just did a whole Olaplex only hair day and let me tell you my hair feels healthier than it has in YEARS!!!! This stuff is sorcery! MAGIC!! 8 is so deceiving, it feels almost like those newer gel facial moisturizers, it doesn’t feel much like a traditional rich and creamy deep conditioner! And those are so hit or miss, sometimes it feels like when you rinse it out, it all comes off the hair and no benefit is left behind 😒 But then others feel like too much and your hair is left lifeless and heavy, weighed down with whatever is left behind coated on the strands 😩 This stuff however doesn’t feel like much because your hair, or at least my hair, just drank it all in, immediately upon application! But whatever beneficial properties, their patented technology, absorbs deeply and stays in long after you rinse it out!! The feel and appearance of my hair after doing this whole product line is honestly second to none!! My rundown, for full disclosure; I applied 0 for 10 minutes with heat, added 3 for 45 minutes with heat. Then washed & conditioned with 4&5 as usual. I always use my regular conditioner before a deep conditioner, it’s just what works best for my hair. Then I went in with 8 to mids & ends only and applied heat for 15 minutes, then without heat for another 15 minute to allow it to cool down before I rinsed with cool to maybe lukewarm water. On my damp hair I used a tiny bit of each of 6&7, mixed is my preferred way of applying these products, and then styled as usual... Well, almost as usual... However I was able to skip finishing with my straightener like I normally would have to to smooth things out!! HOLY COW!!! With just blow drying alone my hair was left so visibly smooth, shiny, weightless, bouncy, strong, healthy and manageable!!! And the body and movement was gorgeous!!! It honestly looked as though I walked out of a salon after getting a cut and a professional blow dry!!! I’m so so so impressed!!!! Even my dead ends were brought back to life!! Blown away is an understatement!! Then I did it on my daughter who is 16yrs old & has highlights, just to be sure that my ridiculously fantastic results weren’t just due to my hair being in such dire need of help that anything would have been an improvement 😂 But she indeed was left with an unbelievably healthy like-new head of hair too!!! I’m telling you this is magic!! 🪄 👏👏👏 We will both be doing this full treatment at least once a month for the foreseeable future!!! ♥️
@@Bluvs19 😂🤣😂 I have made a similar comment on quite a few channels, because I’m simply amazed and want everyone to know how magical this stuff is! I wish I got paid to make comments on the internet or worked for Olaplex, I wouldn’t be spending so much goddamn money on their products then!! 😂🤣😂
I am in love with #8! Detangling effects are amazing, moisturizing effects on point. I use it as directed which is odd for me, but I can truly say it works! I have 4a-z hair and it is a game changer!
@@bianca9753 your hair is made of keratin. Protein treatments deposit on the surface of your cuticle to support the surface keratin structure of your hair. The disulfide bonds are the bonds inside the cortex of the hair that are broken when you relax/damage the hair. These are the bonds that are fixed with Olaplex.
@@bianca9753 I don't care for the shampoo per se (No. 6). There's nothing wrong with it. I just didn't experience anything wonderful. No. 0 combined with No. 3 is pure magic... Clearly I disagree with the comment above. The oil No. 7 is just amazing! No. 1 and No. 2 are a pair and are usually only applied by a licensed professional. I found them on Amazon and they work the same as No. 0 and No. 3. The difference is they are stronger than 0 and 3... Which are a pair for home use.
What beautiful hair. Hi everyone just want to remind you our Christ of Nazareth our saviour who came to die for our sins. Let's seek him while he may be found. Be encouraged in God. Have a blessed day.
I had three blow outs back to back. I thought for sure that I had heat damage. I didn't thanks to Olaplex. I only used the shampoo and conditioner. I can imagine better results with the mask. Thank you for the review.
Olaplex 3 and 8, I’m madly in love with. Makes my curls pop, pop, pop. However, I don’t care for the shampoo Whenever I use it I seem to have a few knots. The mask is great but much to small! The directions tell you to use only a few pumps on your whole head which is ridiculous.
I bought my mom the N°3. She used it as described, and actually got flakes in her hair. We still don't know why that happened, but it did! Maybe something didn't vibe well with one of her stylers, but she washed it like it says, before applying! We threw it out, because I had the same thing happen to me!
@@null9622 Yes, that's what it is supposed to do, I know. But we never have issues with just regular washing, *only* when we used the Olaplex N°3 with it. So we are never buying this stuff again, ever! And it was hugely expensive, almost €30 for a very small bottle, I might add. I just threw it out because I have *no* time for something that gives me flakes!
@@amixeblu I don't see how it could give you flakes if its properly washed out. It doesn't leave any traces or residue. It's literally going inside your hair shaft and not staying outside of it. And even if it did, it wouldn't matter at the end of the day, because again, that is where shampoo comes it. So it couldn't have been the #3, but your products and how you put them within your hair, if not the products, it may be time for you both to actually clarify your hair because "daily" shampoos or not the same as "clarifying" shampoos, so there is a need for both.

Imma need that no 8 to be in that conditioner bottle at least it’s way too small. Why don’t they offer value sizes like skincare?

this moisture masque really came through oh my goodness. Used the entire line today very pricey but well worth it. Great investment👏

Olaplex is expensive, but worth every penny. Get the entire line as an investment in your hair. It's a bond treatment, not protein.
What’s the difference between a bond treatment and a protein treatment?
