This feels random AF and i love it
GAGA is amzing to me, because is diferent to others popstars. For example she always sing Live. And she say that she wants always. Thsnks for your reaction was really excelent!
If you don't find anything deep in the lyrics then your not analyzing them enough nor do you know Gaga enough.
I'm a Gaga fan, and honestly her ideas are so half baked most of the time. I feel she just tip-toes into an idea rather than fully immersing herself in the execution of a project. On Joanne her interviews went into way more depth than her songs & lyrics. I think she has so much potential, but her delivery as a whole is just meh. And Chromatica is just a question mark- I couldn't give you a solid definition of what this album is about or what its going for.

Btw the end of Sine From Above Isnt Hyperpop at all, it’s drum & bass. It’s a very near and dear style of music from the UK.
Also the song isn’t hyperpop at all, it’s trance. A completely different style

Don’t give up on LG! She is way deeper then her Cromatica chapter! live music is where she exist especially if she is playing the piano.
In terms of experimental music I would suggest Born this way album or Artpop. 🎉
I feel like you guys would like her other older albums better! Artpop and Born this Way are actually amazing and very unique.

This is actually some of her deepest songs. She did this as a pop/dance album because she wanted her fans and herself to “dance through the pain”. Like especially for 911 it’s about her using anti-psychotic medications for her trauma and such, alongside Replay being about PTSD and her sexual assault, Fun Tonight being about self sabotage and hatred and her issues going back to the stage, sine from above being very deep in her mind and dealing with depressive thought and even hinting at suicidal thoughts as well.
Also every interlude was orchestrated by Gaga as well! It’s kinda what got her to work with Hans Zimmer fro Top Gun
The deluxe version of the album has a bonus track titled Love Me Right, it's really different from the rest of the songs of the album. You may like it.
To me this album came out at a this me when I really needed it. The lyrics are not what you would expect on so many dance tracks and allows you to feel your emotions while also letting them out or letting them go.
The sounds at the start of Replay represent the sound of a car dropping her off at the corner after she was raped…. And the song represents that trauma and the anger she felt which is why it sounds chaotic
You should react to the official Chromatica remix album and ART POP! Have a good one!
I feel like this and Joanne are her least experimental records. Even though in the context of her discography it absolutely makes sense. Just wanted to add this to the conversation haha.

You mentioned what she does with Tony Bennett; they made two collaborative jazz albums together. Their most recent, Love For Sale, dropped in 2021. I recommend listening to Do I Love You on that record, it’s just Gaga and her incredible voice.

I understand you had to cut up the songs for copyright reasons, you could at least cut them in places where it doesn’t interrupt the flow of the reaction too much… like don’t cut it right before a beat drop, for example

Um, probably one of weakest project of her in my opinion lmaoooooooooo. ARTPOP was what get me start to get into her, if you guys are into weirdo shit. Check out ARTPOP, that album is a kaleidoscopic burst of chaotic energy. BTW and her debut projects are also super nice. Then she completely fell off her creative horse…. For me😂
